"I've tried almost all of Rosebuds lipbalms: Menthol, Strawberry, Brambleberry, Rose (regular) and Mocha Rose. My favourites are the Brambleberry & Strawberry because they seem to have more staying power on my lips. LOVE this stuff!! I keep a tin in my room, the bathroom, my bag... so I always make sure to have at least 3 of 'em at any time. Will always continue to re-pruchasing. I'm a lipbalm addict & this is the best - there's a reason it's infamous."

THIS STUFF RULES
(February 6, 2013)
"After being on Accutane through high school, and then dealing with my skin changing throughout college, this stuff has been a miracle worker regardless of the situation. Very handy as a quick dry patch moisturizer. However I absolutely LOVELOVELOVE this as a chapstick/lipgloss. By itself it has a lovely gloss that makes your lips look stunningly luscious. But it also works great over lipsticks. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone."

Works great on chronic chapped lips
(January 9, 2013)
"I have had chapped lips my entire life and have tried basically every single remedy out there. I started with drugstore chapstick brands, tried some more expensive ones with different ingredients that burned my lips, and finally settled down using vaseline lip balm in a tube. However, that became difficult to find and I started looking for a replacement.
My friend bought the tube at an UO store. She raved about it, so I decided to buy some too. I bought the tin because I thought it looked pretty and fancy. I've been using it ever since (for a year now). The best things about it: 1) Long-lasting: A tin lasts me 3 months minimum, and that's with frequent and generous application. Thus, the price tag really is worth it. 2) It smells really good - and tastes a little like roses when you lick your lips. 3) Don't need to reapply frequently - I tend to use it 2-3 times a day, whereas with other brands it was once every 2 hours.
In short, this soon became my go-to lip balm for my SEVERELY chapped lips after trying basically everything under the sun."

All around amazing.
(June 28, 2012)
"I was skeptical at first about spending $8 for lip balm, but not only is it worth the price, it can be used as much more than lip balm. It makes your lips and skin really soft but also is a great makeup remover. If you lick your lips a lot or do "cat eye" eyeliner, I definitely recommend you buy this. It won't disappoint you!"

Great Purchase!
(January 30, 2012)
"Having tried many chapsticks before, Rosebud Salve had never given me any problems. The smell is good and neutral, the product heals and prevents chapped lips while also adding a cute shine, and one tin goes a long way. The only issue I can think of is that you have to use your finger (or an applicator brush of your own) to apply it which can sometimes be inconvenient if you don't like getting your fingers sticky. However, this salve can be used for things other than chapped lips (ie. cracked heels, dry hands, etc) and has never failed to heal them."

Greatest lipsaver ever.
(January 2, 2012)
"My lips get so chapped it's unbelievable! And it's not just in the winter, it's all. year. long. So I always keep this with me. I LOVE it. It smells good and gives your lips a little shine without it looking too glossy. It also seems to "heal" your lips and protect them from further chapping (if that's a word!) AND...it's a great price. (: Definitely will buy more of this when I run out!"

okay. expected more.
(September 2, 2011)
"i got this today and the tin is adorable. it's bigger than i thought it would be.
it feels nice on my lips and it isn't too shiny but it just feels just like tinted Vaseline.
it smells like baby powder... or baby wipes... something of that sort.
i don't know, this isn't as great as everyone says it is. i also bought the minted rose one. hopefully it'll be better than this one."
"I randomly first tried this when I was laid over in the San Francisco aeroport, and immediately fell in love. This particular "minted rose" flavor is my favorite. It gives lips moisture, with a very very subtle glossy tint (like how a lip gloss would and depending on how much you put on) but without the stickiness of a lipgloss. It does wonders for your lips, making them smooth and refreshed feeling due to the mint, and the rose gives it an organic floral smell without being overbearing (we're not talking perfume strength here). It also lasts a while, and I use it constantly, so you're getting quite a good deal for the price. Not to mention the container itself is cute, so that is enough reason to buy.
PS: I left it in the car in the middle of summer for a few days and it melted, as any lip balm would, but because of how it was positioned when it melted, it conformed to the inside of the tin and made it impossible to open. Just don't make my mistake haha"

Magic for lips
(July 25, 2011)
"I was hesitant to buy this because I'm not huge into sticking my fingers into any thing gooey. But, a lot of my friends swear by it, so I bought it. It's amazing for lips because it doesn't dry them out like chapstick does. It's great in the summer, and it goes on with a very slight tint if any at all, so don't let the color swatch scare you off. Also, after I put it on my lips, I just rub the access onto my cuticles since it isn't at all sticky."

lovely for lips
(February 24, 2011)
"Color: its clear with a rose tint. Smell: I love it. I'm very sensitive to pefumes but this smells so natural. Its smells like honey and baby wipes. Taste: no taste. Texture: It feels kind of like honey and vaseline yet, is more oily and less sticky. Overall, its a great product, especially for lips and nails. It has really helped my really chapped lips but its not amazing and no dramatic results."

No More Dry Skin!
(February 7, 2011)
"I have extremely dry skin, especially in the winter, and need something to save my lips from painful cracks. I have tried endless products over the years, and nothing has worked as well as Rosebud Salve.
I have been using it religiously for the past two months and my lips are so smooth and soft. I'm officially addicted."
"Great for dry hands, cuticles, lips and practically anywhere else that could use a little polishing! I had this for a while and never used it. I rediscovered it and now I can't put it down!!!"

Nice, but not amazing
(January 12, 2011)
"I read so many reviews about Rosebud salve and really wanted to try it. It smells awesome, but pretty much is vasaline with a rose scent. I like the peppermint rosebud lip gloss better."
"This stuff is great, makes your lips really soft, I also use it on and dry skin patches I get in the winter, the tin is great. It does get really soft and mushy though if you leave it in your pocket."
