UO has a great price for these polishes!

"I haven't actually ordered an Essie polish from UO... I just stumbled upon this page now. The price is SHOCKING! Usually, these polishes go for about $10 a bottle. I know that "As Gold As It Gets" goes for $20+ on Amazon. If you're looking for an Essie polish, get them here! Woww! I like these polishes... they dry very fast. I feel as though some of the colors are a little light but I fix that easily with a coat of white underneath. Even if the colors are dark enough, sometimes the white underneath gives it a better pop. I usually grab Essie when I get my nails done at the salon because I love their selection of neon pinks.
OK, separate color reviews:
Tart Deco-- Needs white underneath in my opinion. With the white, it is a very nice peachy orange that reminds me of macaroni and cheese. It's my favorite orange that I own. A very cheerful color for spring/summer. Love it.
Licorice-- Great black. This is what I'd call a "one coater"-- it's dark enough to be able to stand alone with one coat... but I always do at least two anyway. Excellent. Dries quickly which is a plus.
Ladylike-- Nice mauve. I ordered this because Lauren Conrad said it was her go to polish for winter. I know why. It's definitely very feminine and classy. This is a one coater as well, but again, I always do at least two anyway.
Penny Talk-- A chromey pinkish/brown I guess? Maybe copper? I like it a lot. I pair it with Essie's Bikini So Teeny often because the two go nice together. Also a one coater... definitely.
Here's a tip... if you're ever unsure of what a color will look like on actual nails, you can google images "(nail polish brand and color here) swatch" and a ton will come up. You can get the best idea that way.

"So i actually am a huge nail fan, and i love Essie polishes! They are awesome, and such good quality. Quite opaque, dries fast, great formula and such amazing colours, i love them! They are even cheaper here on UO, because they tend to sell for $10-12 a bottle here in Canada! Must buy, and probably one of my favourite nail polish brands!"

"I've been buying Essie for years and it's one of my favorite brands! I'm noticing that, of the colors I have, the colors represented on the website look a little light so just keep that in mind when ordering. The brush is a nice medium size--not too big or too small--so streaking is less of a problem. The formula is also thick and color concentrated so 2 coats is all you're ever going to need! Random fact: these don't work with gel top coats; the formula is too thick. If you buy these (which you should!) use with a regular top coat."

BEAUTIFUL COLORS AND COVERAGE

Beautiful colors that go on smoothly allowing for great coverage.
My skin tone color is fair--light--these colors compliment me well :)
Advice--also use a base coat--. London (sold here on line @ UO sells this base coat). Essie also makes a base coat and top coat too."
