"I just received my pair of boots in the mail yesterday. I am from Australia and would usually always wear a size 9. However, having bought shoes on urbanoutfitters.com recently I decided to get the 8.5 instead. And I'm really glad I did because they fit me perfectly! If you're thinking about buying these, I would definitely recommend them. I've received so many compliments so far. This is my best purchase to date."

"They seem like they may be really stiff to walk in when you get them but, they truly are comfortable. Look just like the picture. and fit true to size."
