"I have searched for years to find a swimsuit that is somewhere between a skimpy string bikini and a baggy Granny suit (sorry, Granny), and this suit is so fun and perfect, I ordered more in other patterns, and I'm not sure I'm done yet! Great patterns and beautiful styles. Not to mention the ease of working with this fabulous company. Their return policy is the best I've ever seen, and their customer service is FANTASTIC! I'm a customer for life! Thank you, Urban Outfitter, for making my life easier."

"I was looking for a high waisted bathing suit that wasnt expensive so I went for this one. I got the black floral one and I'm overall it was a good buy. The suit isnt the most flattering you need to have a bit on a backside to make it look nice in my opinion."

"Love the look and fit of these retro high-waisted bikini bottoms! I think they would look great on anyone - all shapes and sizes since the bottoms create a nice shape for the body!
I actually bought two of these I love them so much. I am 5ft 2in and around 110lbs after reading the reviews I bought them in a small as I read they tend to run a bit big in size. I was a little skeptical as usually I wear a medium in bikini bottoms which give me little coverage. I was amazed that the small was a perfect fit giving me good coverage as well!
Would highly recommend these! ❤"

"I cannot wait to wear these at the beach! so cute and definitely different than any suits i've ever owned! I'm 5'5, between 115 and 119 pounds, 26.5 inch waist, and about 35 inch hips. Purchased both the black floral and the leopard print bottoms in small and both pairs fit perfectly! doesn't squeeze my legs at all or my belly, no bulging out or anything, and super comfortable! seriously in love with both pairs I bought! I also bought 3 different triangle tops, in pink, white, and black, can't wait to mix and match! If you want to feel confident, unique, and super sexy, get these!"

"I ordered the black bottoms with polkadots thinking that they were white... and when they arrived I was shocked to find that they're pink! You can only really tell if you zoom in on the picture. I'll be returning them based on this (I didn't even bother opening them to try them on), so I can't say anything for the fit."

"These bottoms are amazing!! I am allmost 5'8 and weigh 155. I have stretch marks aka warrior marks from having my daughter and these were perfect to cover that and make you look and feel great. Fabric is great quality. The bottoms keep you snug and don't squeeze to make a muffin top look. These are a must have!! I ordered the floral print, striped and black. I'm a little upset that I ordered over two weeks ago and the black is on back order until the end of next month!! Other than that order early so that you get them in time for the summer. Enjoy!!"

"I did like the overall fit of these bottoms. After ordering the coral color, I am unfortunately returning them. The bottoms are not coral but neon pink. I'm not a fan of neon colors. However, these bottoms are cute!"

"I'M 5'8, curvy and wear a size 14. I'm not comfortable in bikini bottoms because of post baby(2) stretch marks, but I love the adjustable support I get from triangle tops. These bottoms rock and let me have everything I need! I bought the black and cheetah print in large and they are perfection! They make me feel sexy and slim. :)"

"I've been looking for some high-waisted swim bottoms for forever and I'm so glad I found these!! I got the leopard print ones and I just went and bought a bunch of solid-colored tops super cheap somewhere else. I am 5 ft 2, 130lbs and the medium fit perfectly. I had to arrange the ruching a little to better cover my muffin top, but once I got it how I wanted it, it stayed like that all day. It's definitely little more than I was looking to spend, but it fits so well that I'm gonna wear it constantly so I think it's worth it. Definitely a summer must :)"

"I'm on the heavier side (I fluctuate between 135-140) and am so so happy I made this purchase! It covers where I want and doesn't make me feel like I'm squishing out, haha. I purchased a medium in the floral pattern. The colors are very true to the picture and the fabric is great (though I haven't yet gone swimming in them). It's thick in a good way, like in a way that holds you in and doesn't produce a muffin top. :) Great purchase, I seriously recommend this for any body shape!"

"These are just what I was looking for! I wanted to get something different this year, love the high waisted look, and the fact that it cover my mildly embarrassing tribal tattoo is a plus. I'd say the sizing is pretty accurate, I'm 5'7, 128 lbs., a 27 in most pants and went with a medium. It fits well, the waist doesn't cut in at the top like the previous high waisted suit I ordered and returned from another site."

"I just received these in the mail the other day and I am so excited about them! I'm about 5'4" and 130 and I got a medium and it fits wonderfully. I can see what the others said about the butt issue, but I think that it looks good that way. It's not a problem with me. I love how you can choose where you want the ruching to be. It looks great when I want to hide my little pooch that I have. It feels very durable and hopefully it'll last a long time. Now it's just the hunt to find the perfect top to match it! :) Thanks UO!"

"I bought these on back order in the solid black and they finally came today! And I must say, I am in love. I am 5'7, 140 lbs and have a little bit of the dreaded 'pooch'. I got the size medium and it fits like a glove! They are not even overly 'cheeky' on me either like i thought they would be, and I can not be happier about that! With the gathering of the fabric, my tummy looks flat as a board! And a plus is i can throw on some cat eye sunglasses and voila! perfect retro beach look :) if you are on the fence, thin or curvy... just go for it! you will not regret this purchase!"

"After reading the reviews, i thought that id hit the jackpot with this purchase. but, jury is sill out. Im 5'6, 120 lbs, 34B, athletic and slender stomach. im not sure if this really accentuates my body type--i feel like any woman with hips will rock these bottoms as i feel like these are signature 1950s bombshell bottoms. otherwise, i do kind of feel like im wearing a diaper."

"I've been hesitant to buy this bikini, but then again I've been hesitant to buy any bikini since my body isn't where I want it to be yet! I'm 5' 2" and 135 lbs, with my heaviest parts being my thighs and lower belly and I got a medium. I won't say that this bikini is a miracle, but it is pretty flattering on my tummy because the scrunchy part hides my little pooch that I can't get rid of. It's a little tight on the thighs but not to the point that it's super noticeable and my thighs are rather big compared to the rest of my body. I have to admit, I hate the way it makes my butt look! It totally flattens it out :( But you can't have everything. Overall, I'm satisfied with it"

"I absolutely love that these are high waisted, because they are very forgiving and drop dead SEXY. It's the perfect compromise if you don't want to wear a matronly one-piece and string bikinis aren't really your thing. I'm 5'6" 135 lbs. and come packaged with thick thighs, smaller hips, and a slight beer gut and I purchased a medium and they're the right size for me. These bottoms accentuate a small waist and make my booty look *pretty* amazing. I do agree with the other reviewers that these do squeeze your thighs a bit, but not enough to be noticeable or to cut off circulation. I would recommend these to every woman that has ever lived."

"I'm 5'3" and 150 pounds...a little on the hefty side obviously. I thought maybe they were the kind of thing that only looked good on the model 6' 100 lb model but thought I'd take a chance on these. Boy was I wrong! They looked amazing and I feel so confident in them! They come up right above my belly button but could easily be scrunched down a little if I wanted them under my belly button. I ordered the red and the black floral color in the large. I would highly recommend these for all body types!!"

I encourage all of you curvy girls who have always been afraid to wear a two-piece to try this one! Really my only issue was the fact that I have been waiting 2 months for these and they were placed on back order 5 separate times which was annoying.
