"oh my goodness..
do people honestly not read the details before buying stuff online?
it seems to be that everyone complains about their stuff from the urban renewal line and gets angry about what they ordered,
but is it really so hard to read the details..
i mean it is in blue print, setting it apart from the rest..

"Runs small, they are vintage and appeared to be machine washed and dried - different styles than pictured like they said. Some had cat? dog hairs on them and lots of lint so I guess they really are old. I couldn't fit into them but if you are skinny and want something ugly its ok for the price. They returned and refunded me quickly."

"I KNEW from reading other individuals reviews that the sweater you see in the picture is not the sweater that you will get, BUT one similar.
This excited me because I knew I was getting an authentic ugly Christmas sweater. I ordered the white cardigan and when it arrived the sweater was COMPLETELY white... with white stitching and white snowflakes that you can't even see because they blend in. VERY DISAPPOINTED. You can't tell the sweater is for Christmas due to the lack of color."

"Really wanted the pictured cardigan, but instead received something looking much more similar to the ones pictures for the Red and Blue options. I would be willing to even had paid another $10 or more to have the pictured item, rather than have received something I wasn't aware I was getting.."

"Received item and same thing happened like the other review. The item detail did listed that it was going to be "unique" item and "vary" which I understood. The women ugly sweater that I purchased was at least somewhat close to the photo that I purchased even though it supposed to be snowman and not santa. However this men cardigan did not look anything close to the photo or not even same color. You can see my photo attached. It was a WOMEN SIZE XL cardigan on the tag. Honestly don't post a picture that is different than what you are going to get. Very mis-leading and not recommend this product at all. I suggest you post all photos online so customer can pick what they want b/c we pay money for it. We don't want to pay for something that's not on photo. This product deserve 0 star worst than the women sweater that I rated 1 star. I plan on returning this item but it is so much work that I had to sell it to my friend instead."

"Make sure you understand what you are getting. I ordered this for my son. Of course we expected to get the sweater that was pictured. Instead we got the truly ugliest sweater that I could imagine.
Now, instead of having the sweater that my son wanted, I have to wrap this up return it.
If you understand that these will be unique, that would be one thing but there is no clear description that they will be.
What a miserable disappointment.
And then to have to spend the time repackaging and returning it makes me think that this is a less than stellar site. It will be the last time I order anything from it."

"I ordered this online.
Right at the bottom of the details it says "All Urban Renewal items are one-of-a-kind and unique. Yours will vary from what's pictured.", something that needs to be made more visible to shoppers. I did not see that, ordered it, and received something entirely different from what is pictured with hearts and teddybears as motifs and no applique work- just flat wool.

The sweater arrived all crumpled, looks old, worn and has CAT HAIR on it. I do not have a cat. Will be returning."
