"I've never written a product review before, but feel that those considering this bag deserve to know about its quality. I received this bag as a gift and loved it. It looks exactly like the picture, which is always good. But the strap broke after the second day using the bag normally (as a college backpack with a max of 3 notebooks). Also, for some reason the straps cause the bag to sit awkward on the back which can be seen slightly in the model picture where it juts out from her lower back, slightly uncomfortable. Since it was a gift, I'm not sure how much it cost at the time, but I'm hoping I can return it for a full refund or store credit since the strap can't be fixed. Too bad."
