HORRIBLE QUALITY

"Got the bracelet yesterday and the metal hook snapped already. This stuff is garbage. It's not even real brass, just coated soft metal. For $30 bucks, you expect something that's going to last but that is certainly not the case. I tried reaching out the Profound Aesthetics but they just passed me off to Urban. The company doesn't even stand by their own products. AVOID PROFOUND AESTHETICS PRODUCTS AT ALL COST."
