blue blazer- great fit, color sightly more vibrant

"got the blue blazer in M - i listened to the other reviews and sized up from size S, which is my usual size for blazers (esp. ones that don't need to be buttoned up. FYI, i'm 5'3, 130lbs, have small shoulders and larger breasts (34D)
Size M fits great for me; the color is brighter than the picture shown online, which made me think it would have been a dark navy approaching black. Instead, it's more cobalt than your typical navy, which I really like actually. makes it look younger. it's soft but the cut in the back makes it look structured. as a shorter person, i really like the blazer's length. i would consider wearing to work if my office environment isn't very conservative.
i'm considering order it in white/cream!"

"I have soo many different blazers, knit, boyfriend and everything in between but this one beats them all! I first purchased it in navy blue (which by the way is amazing I don't know why more people havent mentioned the navy) and today just received my second in red. I'm very disappointed I missed out on the black colour (UO please get more black in!!) but will probably be ordering more colours. I am 5'9 and skinny and ordered the medium in both because although I found it a bit loose in the arms, It is perfect across the shoulders and doesn't pull anywhere so was worth sizing up from my usual small. Buy this it is amazing and will never date!"

Cute and Classy

"I have this in black and it's a cute, classy everyday blazer. Can be dressed up or down and doesn't look cheaply made. I will say it runs a bit smaller than other UO blazers. All my others are smalls and this one is a large. It is a bit roomier that way, but it fits like a small or medium."

"I am 5'3 120 lbs 34B and I normally wear a small, but this jacket was way too tight in the arms. I ordered a M and am hoping for a better fit. Otherwise, it looked really cute!"

Snug and Comfortable

"I love knit blazers because they are so comfortable and yet look so sleek. This one does not disappoint. There is no lining, but I think that helps with the movement of it. If it had a lining, it would be stiff and not as comfortable. I'm 5'1'' and 100 lbs. I got the xs and it is pretty snug. I don't think I can layer it with long sleeves, even a thin long sleeve T shirt might not work under this blazer without a lot of tugging and adjusting. But there are no problems wearing it with a tank top. I love this blazer!"

"I'm 5'6'', 100lb. I wear XS almost in everything from UO, and this time bought both black and ivory in XS. They both fit perfectly! I would say, if you love the way the blazer shape your body and love the snug feeling, do NOT size up; but if you have big frame and wide shoulder or you love boyfriend fit, you should think about getting a bigger size, cuz the shoulder of this blazer does run small. Also, just want to let you know, the ivory one seems thicker than the black one, but this is not a problem. They are soft and go with everything, I am also thinking of getting one in green! Love them!"

"I wanted something comfortable, but still structured. Normally I wear cardigans, but this is a nice upgrade. I'm 5'5" and 145lbs and I actually bought the medium at first based on reviews and the measurements shown, but then exchanged it for a large which was a better fit. I liked it so much I bought it in a second color too."

"the jacket looks great online. then i got the jacket in the mail. stretchy. the collar wouldn't sit correctly. it didn't matter if it was a small or a medium. it's not a jacket i could ever wear in public and look put together. what a disappointment"

"For forty bucks, it's a steal. I bought the black blazer in XS and it fits perfectly. I am 5'1, 110 pounds with a 24 inch waist. Definitely true to size! Skims my curves and fits snug around my arms. I love how the sleeves are three quarter length as I have short arms and this way I don't have to worry about pushing them up all the time! It is a very soft, comfortable fabric. Easy, breezy, beautiful blazer and I would recommend it to every girl who wants to look put together but still super cute and approachable! If I could, I'd get this product in all the colours!"

"I'm 5'4" and 110 lbs and the Small fits PERFECT! I have tried on so many blazers before I found this one, and all of them have fit very boxy and loose on me. If you have a small frame, I would recommend that you do NOT size up!"

Definitely NOT true-to-size... FITS 1 SZ SMALLER!

"These are cute but definitely NOT true to size!! I am 5'3" 110lbs and normally fit into a size small (and sometimes a bit loosely, too), but a size Small in these cute blazers were definitely too small/tight in the shoulders, which is always an awkward look... and I have a normal frame, too! If these fit true-to-size for you, then you must have a really tiny frame.... I would have to size to a Medium for the shoulders to fit well and only then would the blazer fit well I think. But other than the sizing, these are a really great buy for any wardrobe!"

"I am 5 3" 97 pound and the XS fits me PERFECTLY, not to big or too small. I ordered 3 colors Blue, Green, and Grey and love them all. Work with casual look but proper enough to throw in to any work outfit. I think I m ordering more color soon."

"I have this blazer in the black and ivory colors. I am 5'4" and 110 lbs; I bought XS. They are fitted and have stretch, but don't lose their shape after wearing. Great way to dress up a casual outfit - it pulls the look together! I did notice, like the previous reviewers, that the length from shoulder to shoulder felt just a bit small/short, but I would suggest sticking with your true size. This is a minor "issue" for an otherwise great blazer! Just to mention that the ivory color is not as white as it appears in the photo - it's definitely more of a cream color."

"I really like this blazer! It's a great, more structured alternative to a cardigan. I like that it's light and not stiff like many other blazers and can be worn casually or more dressed up. I bought the black, thinking about getting other colors too. I'm 5' 11'' 165 pounds, the L fits great."

"I've never had a blazer before, but I wanted something that was a little more professional looking for work than a cardigan, yet just as comfy. This is it!! I usually order Medium and so I went ahead and got a Medium in this and it fits perfect (5'5" & 145 lbs & 36B). I bought the black, but I think I'm going to add a red and grey to my next order. ;) I think these will definitely become closet staples for me!"

"I have very small frame and usually get XS for all my clothes. But since everyone else suggested to size up so I got the S in the end, which I wish I didnt. But generally the blazer still fit quite well and the material is pretty decent. Worth the money! And now I want more colours!"

"I love this blazer, seems very well made and hangs well and hits a good spot on the body. Just wish I hadn't listened to all the reviews saying it runs small and gotten my normal size. I got an S, but an XS would have been perfect. Might keep it so I don't have to go through the hassle of exchanging it because it's not too huge though."

"I am 4'11" and 95 pounds. Usually go for XS on normally all UO products.
So this was my first time buying a blazer from UO. I try to stay away from fitted clothing specially because of my shoulders. Believe it or not I have really wide shoulders for my petite frame and its a struggle to buy any fitted coats, blazers or anything of the like.
So, if I did size up it wouldn't fit in the waist and bust area so I just went and purchased the XS and to my incredible surprise it fit fine, even in the shoulders.So unlike everyone else that says to "size up", personally I say go to what you normally size for and go from there. Only thing i wished was that the blazer was lined but then it would cost more :p

-curves nicely in the waist even without a button (but if u do want something there to extenuate the waist even more just hand stitch a hook and eye inside)

CON: when I raise my arms (where the shoulder pads would normally be) you can see a bunch of fabric bunching up. I have to fix it by pulling down on the sleeves otherwise it doesn't lay properly on the shoulders
Generally good buy. Very happy"
