Nice basic, but slightly inconsistent fit

"I'm 5'4, 105 lbs, 32A. I purchased this dress in XS, and in two colours (charcoal and ivory), since I couldn't decide which one I wanted. I think I'm going to keep both!
However, the fit on the two colours are a bit different. The charcoal fits a littler looser on the top around the shoulders and the chest. The cut is slightly lower, sitting only a tiny bit above my bra line. I'm flat-chested, so it doesn't matter to me, but better-endowed girls might want to take note.
The ivory one, on the other hand, is more fitted on the top, and the neckline is a bit higher as well. It is definitely not falling off my shoulders (as is showing on the model in the picture), but sits quite snug and secure there.
As is typical with white knit fabric, the ivory dress is slightly see-through, so nude-coloured undergarments would probably be a good choice.
I personally have not had problems with the length of either dresses. Raising both my arms does pull the skirt up a little bit, but really not that much (no panty exposure!).
Fit aside, this is a great basic, casual, and versatile dress that looks great by itself or layered up. Right now I like to wear them with over-the-knee socks and creepers or ankle boots. Overall recommended!"

TOO SHORT

"I am only 5'2 and I bought the size small... but it was INCREDIBLY short when I tried it on! I put my arms up and you could see my panties - like, it was bad. But if you're using it for dance class / rehearsal, it should be fine. I definitely don't suggest this for school or even going out unless you're planning to wear shorts and tights with it. It runs true to size though other than the length. Cute, but I'm probably never going to wear it, so it was a waste of 40 bucks for me!"

Very Simple, Yet Chic Dress

"I was looking for dresses to buy for spring, you know, for that time of year when there's cool yet comfortable weather? I wound up buying three including this one.
I'm 5'4'' and about 125 lbs, and 17 years old. I bought this dress in gray size medium after some minor deliberation, as I was not sure it would work with my body shape (I have a 34C chest, and I'm a bit of a petite). My order arrived promptly and I tried it on right away. The dress, surprisingly, was a bit loose on the waist and on the shoulders. But when I looked in the mirror I realized it didn't look that way; it looked well fitted and made for me. That was when I realized this could be my favorite dress. It laid well, the skirt flared to create a nice silhouette, and the fabric was comfortable yet fashionable. It can be dressed up with patterned tights and heels or wedge booties, or dressed down with riding boots and no jewelry. I know it's going to be versatile for school too as it is a decent length and it does not show too much. Every girl should have a dress like this in her closet for those days when she just wants to be her natural, beautiful self."

"I am 5'2 and bought a size small in the grey. The length is great for work or dinner with the family, it hits right above my knee, maybe by an inch. The sleeves are a great length and the material is stretchy and warm. Overall a good buy."

"I bought it thinking it would be a really cute fit, but I got it in the mail the other day and it was really big on the waist and the waist was up to high on me. also the neck line is WAY too low hahaha it almost shows your bra. I'm really short so that might be the problem? 5'1/2" 98lbs and 32B"

"Really, just what a great dress! It's so simple and versatile. I got the black dress so that i could wear it in the summer with wedges and sandals and bright colors but add tights and a jacket and wear it in the winter. I love this dress, It has a great boat-neck neckline, the fabric is a nice, soft material (cotton?), and something I really enjoy, the back is slightly longer than the front, not enough to look like a high low dress, but enough that when you put the dress on and your butt lifts that back high up than the front, your dress looks all one length, rather than longer in the front and higher in the back. The one thing I would have like would have been looser sleeves, but a tighter torso. My dress doesn't fit badly but the arms are just a tad tight and the bodice is a little bit loose. I'm not that thin so I don'r understand why the bodice would be loose on my, it must be loose on everyone? Besides the little fit issue, I love the dress and would completely recommend it to anyone!"

"I wanted to get this dress to be a good layering thing. I wore it to a pretty casual new years eve party and its was alright. I thought that it'd be super flattering because of the skater skirt. Its not, its a tight material and I felt kind of self concious the whole night. oh well the layering idea didn't really work out. its still a nice simple dress and I wear it pretty often.

"I got this dress and loved it. I wore it everywhere and to everything - -it's just so versatile! However, the day came when I had to wash it, and the dress shrank a considerable amount -- the hem used to beas is on the model, now it's a little above my fingertips and way too revealing. I'm so disappointed, because it opened up all these cute outfit ideas only to take them away again. The dress shrinks. You've been warned."

"This dress is awesome. Perfect for autumn and winter when you want to look cute but not seem ridiculous for being stylish in the cold. This is a thin dress that looks adorable with tights, scarves, belts, boots, and coats. It runs true to size, I'm 5'4" and 115 lbs, a small is perfect on me. A basic with a little flair- a must for every girl's closet!"

pretty darn perfect

"This is such a cute dress it skims over my butt so that i actually look proportional, which is not easy because i have 40 inch hips and a 26 inch waist and a 36 inch chest. But it looks so good on and am super excited to wear it out. I got a medium and im 5'9.5 and 145 which is a little big around the waist but fits everywhere else so perfectly i can just sort of scrunch it down a bit."

"I ordered this dress in the gray and it is true to the color that is pictured. The cut of the dress is similar to that of the Spark and Fade Circle dresses without the sleeves... so cute! It's simple and stylish, which gives you the chance to really accessorize! I'm 5'4" 115 34D and I ordered my normal size small and it fits perfectly."

"This dress is killer. I got it in the purple color and just re-ordered it in black. It looks awesome on an hour-glass figure, it shows off all the right parts and hides a larger booty. It may be a little low cut in the front for someone bustier but I just threw on a scarf for a day-look. That's the other great thing about this dress is that you can accessorize it any way you want and change up the look. It's a great basic and I highly recommend it!"
