cropped ankles, weird fit
(April 24, 2013)
"I need to wear non-jean pants to work, and was pretty happy when I originally discovered the alpha khaki... over the past couple of years I've ended up buying 6 pairs, which I wear in rotation at work and also when I feel like changing up my denim game in non-work environments. So I thought buying these would be a pretty safe bet. First off, and this is my fault, I did not realize that these were button-fly pants. button-fly pants are, as you probably know, the worst pants ever invented. Like, what is so wrong with a zipper that you think having 5 buttons that need to be awkwardly refastened would fix? anyway, like I said, my fault for not reading the description. but the real problem here is the length of the pants... I have enough of these pants that I feel a 34x32 is pretty much locked in. The 34x32 in this model are more like a 34x30, though... I guess if you were out digging for clams that's one thing, but otherwise these will make you look like a tool. I thought maybe they were ok, so I wore them out, but now I regret it as I can't return them. they'll probably end up as cutoffs this summer, so I guess there's always that..."

Sleek wax like pants!
(March 18, 2013)
"These pants look and feel amazing. They have a tapered leg but feel more like Levis 513. I feel they are true to size I wear 29x30 for these. They feel smooth and almost wax like but durable. They are a sleek black and the leather trims on the back pockets is awesome.
One thing I noticed on the picture of the model is how sloppy they look and also that little metal button on the bottom crotch is not on the pants. Urban Outfitters should find a much better picture to display how attractive these sleek black pants are!
