Review 1 for Sparkle & Fade Lightweight Linen Sweater
Exactly what I wanted, just unsure on best size
(April 19, 2013)
"I used to have a slightly transparent black sweater which I loved until it got holes in it. I've finally found a replacement. This looks a little bit like a sweatshirt in its shape, but I wore it to work the other day, and actually got a compliment too, so it can be dressed up or down. I wear it with a camisole underneath. I also bought the green. I was a little unsure about the size to get and got a medium, but have now ordered a small too, because the medium is a little loose and less dressy (more sweatshirt looking, but good for casual, and I do like loose-fitting tops) and I think the small would be better for work. We'll see. I'm around 5'8" and 130llbs - the medium works, but is a little looser than on the model. The small could be better. I am not worried about the material ripping as it's cotton and linen and fine but seems sturdy enough - the only thing is that it stretches a little bit (e.g. in the elbows), but I'm thinking it still shrink back when I wash it (would have to hand wash) - we'll see."

"Really thin, and also really baggy on me so I returned it. I loved the limey-yellow color, though."

I'm scared of the fabric!

"This sweater looks so cool! I got it in sapphire and love the wide neckline. The fabric though seems really delicate, like it will snag on anything. That does scare me a little.........."
