"I heard these shoes run a full size small. I'm a 8.5, i ordered a 9 and they fit great! You obviously have to break them in a bit at first (the metal cap may hurt the top of your toe). but when your feet get used to them, they're very comfortable. I can walk for hours, and if i need to, i dont have a problem running in them. if you're impatient, the laces might irritate you because you have to unlace them half way down to get your feet in and out. I personally think the time is worth it though, because they're so awesome!
**Make sure to NOT wear ankle socks with them though, they'll ride down and it's really annoying."
