Great sweater TERRIBLE yarn

"I bought this in a medium to get a more extreme oversized fit. The sweater shape was great, just what I wanted. The yarn its knitted in was so cheap and gross looking I could barely stand to try it on long enough to decide to return it. I would have paid a little more for a better material."

"I'm a regular S and I got the black in M (colour is as pictured), fits loose but not as loose as I'd hoped so I believe I could have just gone for the L and it would have been fine. (:
the knit is slightly holey but keeps you sufficiently warm. like the previous reviewer said the sleeves are a little scratchy but you can deal with it. I noticed there's a slight furring, where the sleeves are on my bedsheets there's little black hairs. crossing my fingers it doesn't get worse and rub off on everything...."

Very dark

"I ordered this in the olive expecting it to be a dark green like the picture, but when this arrived I was surprised by how dark it actually was. It looks almost black. Its very comfortable and I will be keeping it, but just a heads up. I got this in a large for a looser look and it is very long in the back, falls half way between my butt and the back of my knees. I am 5'10" for reference."

"This is a really lovely cardigan, definitely worth the buy! Bought the brownish one in large, and it looks great with anything!
I feel that Uo's cardigans and sweaters are the safest to order online, never had complaints!! Can't say the same about tops or dresses though..."

"-The color is darker in person
-Definitely size up, I ordered small my usual size in x-small
-Can be worn all year round!, layer it or pair it with shorts
-The texture/material is impressive, I don't have anything in my closet like it.(con: it is a bit itchy in the arm sleeve area)

long limbed ladies, size up!

"i absolutely love cocoon sweaters so when i saw this in the brown, i ordered it immediately. the color & texture look awesome in person. the cut and drape looked really nice too.
the only downside (for me) was the sleeves run slightly tight & a little short. i always order XS in all the brands UO carries & this is the first one i've gotten this season that the sleeves were too short. for reference, i'm 5'9" 110 pds and i have skinny, skinny arms. so if you're on the tall side or have larger forearms, DEFINITELY SIZE UP.
also, if you're looking for a slouchy, oversized fit, definitely go up a size or two. with the way the dolman sleeves fit on your lower arm, it is nearly impossible to layer this with another long sleeve top."

"This is a great cocoon-style sweater! It's not styled well in the picture, but I saw it in the store and HAD to have it. the fabric looks much more expensive than it is and drapes nicely. I love the soft, fuzzy boucle texture, and it's only 5% wool so it's not itchy at all. Though it's an oversized fit, the sleeves are tight so I'd recommend sticking with your usual size."
