disappointed everytime

"I tried ordering this shirt two different times and was honestly disappointed each time. I knew the whole will vary thing, but they really weren't kidding. I been wanting a brown flannel and when i ordered another ordering the brown the first time, each time i got a variation of a white flannel. They aren't terrible, but they are nothing at all like the pictures. On a good note, the price was reasonable and they are comfy. But overall, disappointed with color received."

"Okay, so I really wanted a flannel and completely disregarded the reviews. I realize that it does say "yours will vary from what is pictured" but that's definitely an understatement. I ordered the green flannel, and I fully expected a flannel that was either lighter, darker or that varied slightly from the one pictured. I just received a blue flannel. It's not blueish green, it's clearly a blue color. It's cute, but it's also not green, and not a plaid pattern, which I was hoping for when I got this. The price is fabulous so I won't return it, but I would warn anyone getting this that you're in for a surprise when you receive it , so don't get you're hopes set on what the picture shows. I think I'll learn to love mine, but I still would rather have a green plaid shirt :("

"I've ordered from Urban Renewal online a couple of times before and each time the product I received looked nothing like the product I thought I was going to get but I never really minded because it looked nice either way. Until now. I ordered this shirt during the holidays and I got the most hill-billy looking shirt in the world. I wanted the dark brown but instead I got a light peach, nearly white shirt with ugly plaid designing. If you really want this shirt I seriously recommend you go to the store because God forbid any of you go through the same terror I did.
Other than the design mishap, it's a fairly nice shirt. If I recall correctly, it was thin and light - perfect for the summer solstice - and ran a little on the baggy side which was nice."

"I honestly love these shirts so much; I bought 2 of them, one in green and one in blue. I'm aware of the fact that Urban Renewal products vary from what's pictured, so I was a little cautious in buying the shirts. I'm glad I went ahead and did it, though, because they're great. I got both in medium, and they fit a bit loosely, which I like. The blue ended up being perfect all around. However, the green one's pattern did vary considerably; it's like a tan/black houndstooth print, which was somewhat off-putting at first.
So, basically, if you don't mind the risk involved, I would recommend getting this."

"Great shirt, but I'd recommend going to a local store to get it in order to make sure you're really getting what you want. Since its urban renewal, it varies a lot. The sizes may be right, sometimes they might run big. The colors also vary. I never order the urban renewal products since I never really know what I'm gonna get, but I picked one of these up in a store the other day and I LOVE it."

"i ordered this in green (S). i was excited when it came in, when i opened it.. it was very long, so i'd tried it with some high-rise pants "tuck in" and it looked amazing."

"I don't usually comment or rate but I have to say something to prevents others from making the same mistake. I order this shirt and got so mad when I received it because it looks nothing like the picture. The sleeves are too short, the color is way off ,and it feel like it was made out of cheap material. Buy at your own risk!!!"

"just got this in the mail today. was very exicted and am very happy with the purchase. it fits well and everything but the colour looks different to the one i thought i purchased. the colour of my shirt was more of a dark blue, which i like too but it wasnt the grey (pictured) which, in all honesty, is what i really wanted. still, i do like it and look forward to wearing it. overall, its a great buy!"

"As usual, UO upped the contrast of the photos for this item so much that it looks like a completely different color in real life. In the photo, you would think it was a deep red, with dark navy blue squares and fine white lines. In real life, it is more of a muted/faded looking berry color, with stripes of blue, forest green, yellow, gray, and white. Not my style, at all.
Also, it is a boyfriend fit which I expected because I read the description before purchasing, HOWEVER, I didn't know the average boyfriend had a really long torso and short little arms? Because that is how this is fitted. Maybe it should be called "T-rex Boyfriend Flannel"
Dudes, it's the winter season, if you're going to put out a loose fitting flannel, at least make one with full length sleeves. It's cold out!"
