Too big, difficult strap

"As you can see in the picture this watch is too big for me. Maybe its just not my style but I figured I would add a picture so others can get the idea of the size of this watch. My hands are about average size. The face of the watch is well made and very nice, but just too big. The braided leather straps seem a little cheap and is difficult to get on and off."
