It was broken :(

"I just got it today and was so excited when I was opening the box only to find that the mask was broken. It's still together but in several places it's cracked.
It's made out of really cheap plastic so I figured it was likely that would happen but it wasn't packed very well (placed on the bottom.. like honestly).
I'm not sure what I will do with it since there aren't anymore of the fox ones left and I was going to use it in a photo shoot I might try to mend the cracks with a lighter but we'll see...
As well when I put it on I found the eyeholes very pokey and rough edged, I will probably have to file it down and readjust the string."
