A little wide, but cute and comfortable :)

"I ordered a size 7 (my usual size) and they were a little loose on the top part, and also a little wide, but I do have quite slim feet, however they do not fall off or anything when I walk and are the right length so not a huge problem. They are cute and comfortable flats and don't hurt my feet, and the light blue colour looks like the picture, so overall I am pretty happy with them."

"I used to buy this shoe in an 8 1/2 every time. This time, it was down right painful trying to stretch them out, and it didn't work. Save yourself the time and just buy the next half size up!"

For anyone missing the Kimichi Blue skimmer...

"I've ordered these flats before and they're always tight at first and require some serious breaking-in, but once that (fairly painful) process is over they become the perfect flats. They last a long time and theres minimum to no toe-cleavage (you know what I mean), overall these are great shoes.
I think the sizing for bigger sizes may be off due to all the complaints but the size 6 fits true for me.
4 stars because of the breaking-in, but stock up on some bandaids for your heels and these will be perf."

They don't make 'em like they used to

"I purchased these shoes in the past and thought that they were great for the price. I recently ordered a new pair and found that they were much too small. I reordered a size up and they still didn't fit right. They were not quite long enough and a little too wide. These shoes are not made the same as the ones I had previously owned. I returned them and won't be ordering again."

totally unexpected!!

"i love these flats! they are the perfect shape and very lightweight. I got these in an 8.5 (i'm usually between that and a 9) and they fit fine, especially after I walked around in them a while. I read the reviews about them being too small, but i have never had a problem with BDG flats and these are no exception. get them!! they are perfect for spring! BUT BE WARNED: the taupe/brown color is NOT brown. it skin color/nude/almost blush color. still super cute and spring-y but not even close to brown."

Beware of the COLORS.

"The colors are not as pictured. I bought a pair in "gray," and it looks black. Plus it looked like something had spilled glue on the sides, because they had some sticky substance on them already -- fresh out of the bag! I was surprised because I hadn't had problems before."

"I tried these on in the store, and they fit well- I'm usually a 7-7 1/2 and I went with a 7 1/2. However, the first (and only) time I wore them, they destroyed the backs of my feet. The material is stiff, and it rubs against your heel and ankle as you walk because the backs of the shoes are so high. I was in pain after walking from my front door to my car! I decided to tough it out for the rest of the day, but I ended up with horrible blisters. Save yourself the pain and invest in some better quality flats."

"I've been looking for a pair of cheap gray flats, and these fit the bill. They are comfortable enough for the price, and good colors. I will probably buy in more colors. Shoe runs true to size."

"I read the other reviews about these shoes fitting small, but I didn't listen because I have other BDG shoes that fit TTS. In flats I usually wear a size 8.5 so I got the 9 thinking they would be super comfy to wear all day on my 12-hour shifts. Surprisingly, the 9 barely fits! I would need a 9.5 for it to fit perfectly (which they obviously don't offer), and probably a 10 for the 12 hour shifts to accommodate my feet swelling from standing up all day. These shoes are really cute, though, so I won't return them. I wore them a few times to stretch them out, and I just wore them all day to a wedding this past weekend with no problem. Glad I got them despite the crazy sizing."

"I really wish UO offered a size 6.5, but I'm still not sure it would solve the problem. I've tried a 6 and a 7 in these and neither worked out. They pinch in the toes, and the front top part of fabric has about a half inch gap between it and the top of my foot when I have them on. Very uncomfortable. Too bad, because they're really cute!"

"I had similar sizing issues that others have pointed out. I wear a size 8 normally, but with these I had to size down to a 7. Not a big deal for me, as a lot of shoes I've tried on are inconsistent with sizing. I bought the grey ones to wear to a formal event. However, these are probably one of the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. The inside lining feels like hard plastic and consequently rubs against your skin as you walk. I was planning on wearing them as an every-day shoe in addition to what I bought them for, but now I think I'll wear them as little as possible."

"I usually wear a 8-8.5 in shoes, but I've made the mistake in the past of ordering too small at Urban. This time I made sure to order a size 9.
And surprise surprise, they were too small.
What? I went a full size bigger and they were still incredibly small. Mint is my favorite color so I was really hoping they'd work. I'm just going to return them. :("

Simple flats, wardrobe staple.

"When trying these shoes on in the store, be sure to walk around and not just stand in them. Originally I bought them in a size 7 thinking the size 8 was too big, later wore them, realized they were actually too small. Lesson: walk in the shoes at least a little to make sure you get the right size.
Great colors, bought mint and pink, love the salmon pink. Pretty comfortable as well."

"I'm a 6.5, and for some reason UO does not carry that half size. Sometimes a size 6 works, but in this case the BDG size 6 is much smaller than the Kimchi Blue size 6 (by almost an inch!) Please, please, please consider carrying 6.5, Urban!"
