Not very flattering
(April 23, 2013)
"I got this dress in cream because I wanted something cute to wear to my bridal shower, bachelorette party, or just out and about in the summer. It's very well made, don't get me wrong, but the dress is just not very flattering on me. For reference, I'm 5'9", 162lbs, 34B. I purchased a medium. When I tried the dress on, it felt super comfortable and I fell in love with it, until I looked in the mirror. The way the opaque fabric in the front of the dress flares towards the shoulders on the top paired with the lace detail doing the same thing made my shoulders look SUPER broad. Add in the fact that the waist hits (on my body, anyway) about two inches below my natural waist: I looked like I had a man body... and I don't! Pretty sure... not in any other dress anyway. I dunno man. This dress isn't for me."

Perfect but...
(April 14, 2013)
"I picked this dress up for prom in the black, but was torn between Size 2 and 4. I'm 32 bust, 27.5 waist, and 34 hips. I decided to get the 2 and it fit perfectly! And it arrived in like 4-5 days. The best bet is to wear it with a black strapless bra.
HOWEVER, the buttons on the back are really annoying. The loops that are meant to secure the buttons are too big so the buttons keep popping out! I'm glad I walked around in the dress for a little bit or else prom would have been a disaster. I guess I will have to safety pin it or something to make sure my buttons don't come out."

Perfection
(April 3, 2013)
"Every part of this dress is elegant, stunning, and unbelievably flattering! From the button up back to the perfect cut and lace around the bust, this dress could not be more perfect. Got the last size 0 in royal blue (I'm 5'4", 110) and it fits perfectly all over!"

Magnificent.
(April 2, 2013)
"I am not someone who regularly write reviews, but WOW. I had to, this dress is magnificent. Words cannot describe how gorgeous it is, and how well it fits. I'm 5'10 and 145 pounds and i bought a size 8. I was worried that since i'm so tall it would be a bit short, but that is not the case. Fits fantastic, wearing it as my after-prom dress. Completely content with this purchase, and buying more colors for sure!"

Wierd fit
(March 29, 2013)
"I bought a 2 (which is my normal size for kimchi blue dresses) but this dress fit really weird on me for some reason. The dress overall was just too big- the waist band sat on my hips and a very large portion of my bra could be seen under the mesh part. I'm really sad because this dress is so pretty! Will be returning and trying on the 0. If you're shorter (I'm 5' 2") I would try going a size down!!"

Love this dress!
(March 26, 2013)
"Bought this on sale in store for my art show opening. I love the cap sleeves because I'm a little insecure about my arms. I'm 5'7, 165 and I bought a size 10. It's a little bit snug on my arms but overall very flattering. I bought it in black and it could come off a little funeral-ish but I'm sure I'll be sprucing it up with colored accessories. I especially love the buttons in the back they are a very nice touch, I actually didn't realize the dress had a side zipper when trying it on for the first time! If you're looking for something in between fancy and casual definitely choose this dress!"

Amazing dress!
(March 2, 2013)
"I bought this dress to wear to my school's winter formal and it was perfect! I'm 5'5, 110 pounds, 34A, and I bought a size 0. It fit really well; the neckline came down a little lower than I expected, but the mesh panel at the front covered everything. It was a really good length - it fell to mid-thigh on me, and the sleeves weren't too tight. The material is really good quality as well. Overall, a really classy an elegant dress - love!"

Beautiful
(February 26, 2013)
"I ordered this dress in a 0 and 2, as I was between sizes. I ended up keeping the 0, it fit perfectly. I ordered the ivory dress for my rehearsal dinner and it will be perfect! I was worried that it might be a little see-through but not at all. Its well lined (just maybe don't wear black underwear) This dress is also a very flattering length, I am not overly tall (5'4) so I find most dresses are long on me. This one comes nicely up to about mid thigh. Still classy, but a little sexy too.
I wear a 32 C bra, have a 26 inch waist 36 inch hips 5'4 tall
Hope this helps someone who might be unsure. It's definitely worth buying!"

Gorgeous dress!
(February 23, 2013)
"I'm getting this for a bar mitzvah I have to go to soon and tried it on today and this dress is stunning! I tried it on in red and a size 0 and it fit me like a glove! I'm very petite (5'1) but this dress was the perfect size and length for me! It fit perfectly and accentuated my hourglass figure (34D, 22, 36) without making me look cheap. The material is very light weight and easy to move in. The embroidery is absolutely lovely and is somewhat sheer in the chest area but if you wear a nude bra you can't tell :) I'm so excited about this dress!"

Yes, but no
(February 21, 2013)
"I was originally going to wear this dress but found another dress from kimchi blue that i fell i love with. So, yes it was pretty and fit okay enough that i was going to wear it to a wedding.
I am 5'3" 110lbs, 30-26-34. I got this dress in a size 0 and a 2 because sometimes Urban has their sizes mixed up. The 2 was ridiculously small, so tight at the waist i couldn't breathe! I didn't bother trying on the 0 until says later because i found it weird that a 2 was tight on me, b/c i usually buy a 2 for a roomier feel. The 0 fit just fine. Weirdest thing I've ever seen. I think the sizes got mixed up so I'm gonna say get two sizes and see what fits best for you.
The top is awkward, I wear a AA30 so that might explain it. I bought the dress in black, which made me feel like I was gothic or going to a funeral. The black lace on top just seemed very serious. If i didn't get the new dress from kimchi blue, i would have gotten this one in the peach color or the blue.
Get the dress if you are more developed on top or have broad shoulders, it may fill out the top of the dress better."
"I have been looking for a dress for a wedding and I stumbled across this one at my local UO store. The red one caught my eye and I was excited to try it on. However, it didn't look good on me. It was just ok. My problem with it was that the top hung a little loose on my body. The bottom was fine, it was comfortable, a little sexy while also being pretty, but it didn't shine on me. I'm 5'3, 110 pounds, and I tried on a small. Everything fit as it should except for the top. I expect it was loose because I have a relatively short torso. I would recommend this for taller people."

I'm So Excited About This Hot Little Red Dress!!!!
(February 6, 2013)
"It's perfect... but I totally need help with these buttons right now!!! Ugh! Fit's like a glove and I absolutely adore the red lacey pattern!!! Planning on wearing it on Valentine's Day and any chance I get! I'm 6'0, 150lb, 34D, and I ordered my normal size 8... I couldn't be more pleased! It's a little short, which I was expecting, so I might wear it with some pretty stockings. Tall ladies, don't be intimidated by the sexy length... it's a total keeper YAY!:)"

Cute but shows cleavage
(January 27, 2013)
"I am 5'2, 125, 32DD and I got this dress in the blue color in a size 4 and 6. I ended up keeping the size 6 because when I sat down in the 4, it was very tight in the upper body and the material does not give at all. However, the 6 is a little loose around the waist and feels a little long (almost to my knees).
After trying it on around the house, it got wrinkled around the waist (probably from sitting down and standing up),, so when I finally went out for the event I bought the dress for, I ended up putting a wide belt on to hide the creases/wrinkles. Also, if you are bigger chested, this dress definitely shows cleavage; I kept pulling it up throughout the night."

Stunning Royal Blue Color
(January 26, 2013)
"I have been searching for a royal blue dress, and this one is perfect. The length, sleeves, and placement of mesh is tasteful or edgy enough for any occasion. I am about 115 and 5'4''. Usually I wear a 2, but got this dress in a 6 primarily so the band around the waist wouldn't tighten up when I sat down. But the 4 was also comfortable. Just a note to maybe size up because the material is nice, but does not stretch. This is definitely a dress you can dress up or down. I am ordering the cream color to wear to a wedding where the bride wants me to wear cream."

FAVE DRESS EVER!
(January 22, 2013)
"I am 5'7 and 145lbs, with a 34C cup size. I ordered this dress in black in a size 8 and I adore it! I just placed an order for the cream one, too! The fit is slightly looser than most styles, but it looks good that way. If you are busty like me, please note that some cleavage may visible through the mesh lace detail... it is still tasteful though! Should I get the blue as well :S??"

great fit
(December 26, 2012)
"The fit of the dress is perfect and it's a really beautiful dress. Make sure you have someone help you button the back of the dress. The only issue I have is lining in the breast area. I constantly have to lay it flat because it comes out, you could probably sew it so it doesn't do that though.
