"Im nearly 6 feet tall so I guess I should have more wary of buying short dresses. But it was tight and short and kind of looked like I was desperately trying to turn a tank top into a dress that would cover my butt. If you have any back fat at all It will be highlighted in the lace piece at the back so thats another con. It is very good quality though. And if you're short and willing to wear this with a sweater to cover your back then it would be a good purchase"

"I loved this dress with all of my heart it's perfect to just throw on but it's very interesting and I get compliments every time I wear it. I got a small I'm 5'7 and 128lbs and it was still nice. I will say the bust is a little big but I'm a 34DD so It was fine for me (my sister who is a 32C found it comfortably snug but roomy) I love the classic look of this :)"

"My dad actually picked this out for me when we were shopping in store, and it is AMAZING. I'm an hourglass shape, so I'm getting it taken in at the waist. For reference, I am 6'1, 34DD, 26in waist and 36in hips. I am wearing a size medium and it looks gorgeous except for a little extra fabric in the waist which I will get rid of. Can't wait to wear it. FYI, I'm kinda tall and it is pretty short. But oh well :)"

Tight but Gorgeous

"I saw this dress in store but a M didn't fit me so I decided I HAD to get it online even if it was more expensive. I ordered both the XS and S and I decided to keep the XS. It fits very snugly but like everyone has mentioned, it has good stretch. The S I found to pucker at the hem of the skirt and it was loose in the waist because the S was overall too big. Ideally, I would buy a XS-S if there was one but I will take what I can get especially because this dress is beautiful and well-made. I got the blue one and the opalescent effect is gorgeous when it catches the light. It looks a little purply under the right lighting which is lovely. For reference, I am 5'2, 112 lbs and a 34B. The lace cuts low at the front but still very very modest. Also note, the XS is considerably shorter than the S."

"This dress is awesome. I got it in black and the lace and velvet detail accent it really well to keep it from looking to bland. I'm 5'7 130ish lbs and got a small. It fits pretty well, a little loose in the waist and a little tight through the skirt (but i have a big butt for my frame, so that's pretty typical for body con dresses; although this one has stretch which is a plus). Even with the very minor fit issue (seriously I'm going to wear it all the time), this is a five star dress. It's fantastic quality, really comfortable, and versatile, sexy or classy. And the sale price is unbeatable. Buy this!"

Extremely surprised!

"I'm a 34D, pretty curvy figure, and to be honest I didn't think this dress would do anything for me but I just WANTED it. Thankfully, I was so wrong. I purchased the blue in a medium, thinking it would be tight. However, it seems I could have sized down to the small if I didn't mind a tight fit. Either way, this dress is amazing. I usually stay far, far away from bodycon dresses but this one seems to flatter in all the right places. The design is very unique and I love the colours in the blue, so pretty and not colour-blocky at all. The back with the lace is crazily gorgeous, even with bra straps showing. Top this dress off with heels and a thick belt and it's absolutely glorious. Could not say enough about this dress, I'm just so impressed! :) For reference I'm 5'5", 34D and 143lbs and it fits exactly like it does on the model."

"I got the dress in blue, and it's really pretty. The lace front and back look really nice and keep the dress classy. I'm ~120lbs, 5'6 . I got both xs and s to try and will be keeping the xs because the s is a little loose in the waist area. The xs is also a little shorter, and is the same length as appears on the model."

"I got a blue dress in small and I'm 5'5, 120 pounds. It fits snugly and is really comfortable. The material is thick and stretchy. It is low cut (minus the lace) so if you have a small bust (around A I'd say) you may not be able to get larger than a small."

"First saw this dress online and wasn't sure how flattering it was going to be. Once I found it in the store and tried it on, I was sold! I'm 5'4", 110 lbs and purchased a XS in black. The only problem was it was a bit too loose in the waist and awkwardly bunched up a bit. The dress may run a little big. The material seems stretchy, so if you want it to fit snug, I might buy a size smaller. Other than that, I loveddd it! The design and different fabrics are amazing and looks super classy. The style is great to dress it up or down for different occasions. Would definitely recommend it!"

"The colour of the red dress is a bit different than what is pictured. In the picture it looks really red but in actuality it's more pinkish red. That's not to say it's not pretty because it still definitely is, I was just hoping it'd be really red like the picture.
With that being said, this is still a great purchase. The dress attracted me right away because of it's pattern and style...it's somewhat reminiscent of the Chinese fitted formal dresses I used to wear to formal family gatherings. The fit is really great and definitely more than flattering. The back is lace so it's see through but I found that it looked fine with a nude or black bra."

"I would highly recommend buying this dress. In my opinion, it can be dressed up or down. It is truly perfect for holiday parties. It is flattering, and comfortable. My only problem was finding a bra, and that's not even that big of a problem. I got this in red and wore it to my semi-formal and I LOVE IT."

"Beautiful holiday dress. I'm so in love. My boyfriend also loves it. i was scared at first when somebody said the velvet was pink instead of red. But as how I see it, the red velvet has different dimensions of magenta, red, maroon under different lighting which add to the beauty of it. For sizing, I'm 5.5, 32B-25-36 and the XS fit me perfectly"

"I ordered this dress in the blue colour and I love it! It's gorgeous, the blue velvet fabric is so soft and it has a gold/green/purple pattern in it that becomes more visible under direct lighting.
The dress fits true to size, I have curvy hips and a large chest, so I ordered a large, it fits very well and it's flattering. Perfect for both Christmas and New Year's!"

"This dress is adorable. The colors are very vibrant and fun the gold really sticks out. It is completely see through in the back and most of the front so you will need to find the right bra. Also, the dress makes you look one size smaller, especially from the side."

"I am writing my FIRST review ever because this dress was EXACTLY what I needed it to be on my birthday! I first seen this dress in the store and had to try it on. The material is thick and stretchy which made it comfortable and figure flattering. Because of the elegant design of the dress, I paired it with the goddess hair piece from UO. I also wore my JC Lita Spike 2 for the added edge. This dress is perfect!"
