Wasn't as great as I thought but i'll take it

(April 17, 2013)
"I bought this skirt on sale a few weeks ago and I was very excited to wear it. However, people are right when they say the material is really pleathery and cheap. Mine was a bit frayed at the ends but I liked it. I am 5'5 and 145 ibs I got it in a 10 for good measure and I honestly couldnt eat while wearing it. I did rock it pretty well at coachella. I mean with this skirt you are honestly paying for what you get."

Disappointed

(April 14, 2013)
"I wanted to love this skirt really badly, but it was not meant to be. The length isn't quite right for my petite stature (5'3) and the fabric is pretty cheap. It falls pretty unattractively on my hips, and gives my tummy extra bulk (I am a size 4, so this should really not be an issue). Returned."

My new favorite thing!

(April 7, 2013)
"The person who didn't like it... well I don't know why they didn't! I think it looks way better than it does in the picture. I bought it in the store and it was on sale so I was very happy with it! I'm between 5'6" and 5'7" in height and weigh about 120 pounds. I got it in size 0."

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

(April 2, 2013)
"Really poor quality. Don't waste your money! The skirt is not like what it shows in the picture, the pleats hold ugly and uneven. I just don't understand why everyone else said it is good. Bad luck????"

Cute!

(March 19, 2013)
"I just bought this on sale in store. Black, size 2 - I'm 5'7" and 113 lb. Not too short but I won't be doing any bending over! It doesn't look like cheap faux leather, doesn't smell, the pleats hold nicely and even though the hem is raw there are no threads like I read in other reviews. Overall, a really really cute skirt!"

Favourite new skirt!

(February 14, 2013)
"After trying on a different leather skirt and being disappointed, I tried this one. I love it! It is a lighter weight, which is nice, because it will be OK in warmer weather. As another reviewer mentioned, the hem isn't finished, so there are a few little frayed edges, but I feel like that's part of the style. The only thing, is I feel it almost doesn't look leather sometimes, it looks almost...nylon-like? I don't know. I'm still happy though and I wear it all the time! As another reviewer said, it does run a bit small. I usually wear about a 10 (occasionally an 8 or 12 depending on the article) and the 12 fit best, so if you're usually between two sizes, go for the bigger one! Also, I am 5'9, 155lbs."

Perfect

(February 7, 2013)
"If you're thinking about buying this skirt just do it. Yes, it is a little overpriced but I have not found a more perfect faux-leather skirt. I love the pleats, they're really well defined and hold their shape. Yes, it does slightly crinkle if you sit too long but nothing unmanageable. The skirt is light but has a soft-feeling interior that's actually really nice for winter. So glad I bought it. For reference I'm 5'5" 110 lbs and got a 0."

Really Cute But Bad Quality and Smells!!

(December 26, 2012)
"I got this skirt a few weeks ago and it's super cute.
The problems I have with it are that the material is a very flimsy, poor quality imitation of leather, there is no lining to the skirt, and there is not a finished hem, so there are frayed bits hanging off the edge of the skirt. My biggest problem, though, was that the inside of the skirt material smells strongly of fish! I'm not sure if this is true for every one of these skirts, but the material smells funky and I have yet to find a way to get rid of it.

Love it, but so small!!

(December 8, 2012)
"I absolutely love the skirt! It looks like real leather and is even fuller than it looks in the pics! However the sizing runs so small! I'm 5, 4 and weigh 110 pounds and I still can't find the right size! Im usually a 0 or xs in urban outfitters and I've just ordered a size 4 because the 0 and 2 were both too small!! still worth the purchase, but plan on ordering a size too big unless you have a very defined small waist"

Great Look!

(November 18, 2012)
"I bought this product in store and it fit wonderfully! I am 5'5" and weigh 120 pounds. It feels slightly filmy, but it looks like leather and people think it's real leather unless they feel it. It is a little bit short, but covers all the important parts and I can wear it to school. The pleats look amazing and the skirt goes with almost anything! The band fits around the natural waist so if you have a long torso, it might not be a good fit for you. Overall the skirt is awesome and I wear it at least once a week because it can go with anything and I can make a lot of different outfits."

Soft but Edgy!

(November 17, 2012)
"When I picked this skirt up I was pleasantly surprised by what it felt like in my hands- buttery (faux) leather. It is very thin and soft, but surprisingly, the shape of the skirt remains "full". Because of the material, I'm not sure how well the pleating will hold up if you sit on it, but if you're planning to wear it to an event where you'll mostly be standing, it is an awesome buy. I'm usually a 26/27 in Urban bottoms, and I got this in a size 2. Makes my waist look itty-bitty. Def one of the edgier pieces in my repertoire."

poorly made and overpriced

(October 1, 2012)
"This skirt just arrived in the mail and I'm pretty disappointed. The skirt is made of an incredibly flimsy plastic-y material that is a very poor imitation of leather and doesn't even have a finished hem. It looks very cheap and drapes awkwardly on the body (in a way that is inconsistent with product photos). When it arrived, it had been so badly crumpled and wrinkled in the mail that I wouldn't have known it was supposed to be a pleated skirt had I not been the one to order it--and I can't iron it since it's essentially made of plastic. I'd consider it a worthwhile buy at a third of the price being charged (at the very most). Planning to return this item."
