"My favorite peacoat recently became too worn down to wear anymore, so I bought this one in black as a replacement and I love it. It fits perfectly and the collar looks great no matter how you wear it -- popped up or folded down. However, I'd only worn it for a couple weeks and already started losing buttons, so be careful. They're easy enough to sew back on, but I would have liked it to be a little higher quality."

"I agree with the last reviewer.. definitely looks best buttoned all the way up and it does flare out at the hips. I ordered the orange in M (5'5" 135lbs) and it wasn't too big or too small, but something just wasn't right about it. The color is as it is in the picture and the material is soft, but also note that it is not very thick and probably wouldn't be much use in below freezing weather. Also, I thought it would be a bit longer to cover my butt as it appears on the model in the orange color, but it fit me more like the models in the black and tan colors. Not sure if the fitting would suit very many people... I tried making it work but ended up returning it"

"There are definitely things to like about this jacket. It looks best when it is all buttoned up. The material is soft and cozy and you can move around in it. However, when I tried it on unbuttoned, it looked a little awkward and hung kinda funny on me. Also, it flares out a bit making me feel like I have wider hips than I need to. Maybe others will have better luck than I did, but I do not think I will be keeping this one."
