"These shoes are just like, unbelievably fantastic. Awesome all the way around. I'm super happy with them, and I'd fer sure recommend. Doc Martens never fail.
They weren't packaged the best. Seems like someone had them before me. But, ehh, I'm still super stoked. Overall, fantastic."

Absolutely Gorgeous

"love at first sight.
i'm 5'7'' 132 lbs and the boots are pretty tight
it really takes a little kick to get into them but it's worth it
downside though, is that the knee parts of the boots rub against each other when i'm walking and makes a little noise, and the sizing is quite odd, i always wear UK6 when it comes to Dr martens which is a US 9, but when i ordered them in 9 they were CRAZY BIG like men boots. then i had to go to a UO store and order an exchange.
so order one/one and a half size down is my suggestion.
but awesome awesome awesome overall.

Expensive, but pretty awesome.

"Okay, heads up-this is a long review because I am the first reviewer and I'm sure people are wondering about this super expensive boot. So here I go. I get this in the mail and try it on. First, the laces are undone so you have to lace them up yourself. Fair enough. And, unless you have wide calves, they fit nicely in the calf areas. But if you have not-so-tiny thighs (I wear sizes 7-11 in pants) then the top of the boot will be a little restricting. Not going to hurt you but you and your toes will feel a restriction in blood flow. Now, I ordered a size 8. On the tag, it said UK 8/US 9. I don't know if that's a mistake and I'm really too lazy to return it, but I think it is a correct fit. Why? Because the shoe forms around my foot comfortably. So I assume this is true to my size but it does run a bit big. However, in the front, there is A TON OF SPACE. And honestly, it's going to make you feel like you have big feet. And.... you kind of look like you have big feet if you put your feet together and turn to the side. Benefits? Well, I guess in the winter time you can wear huge socks and be okay. However, I like the shoe (with all its tightness around the thigh area) and I plan on keeping it. I've super analyzed the shoe and I can tell it is a purchase that will last me until I die, gain weight, or shrink, lol. The sole is made up of a ton of stuff and is squishy and smells bad. But you shouldn't be down there to begin with, lol. For those of us who don't usually wear flats because it effs up with the curves in our feet, don't worry. This is comfortable and does not hurt me at all. When you stand, the shoe scrunches up a little around the knee area, so don't be fooled by the super smooth look. But overall I love the purchase. I just didn't give it 5 stars because of the space in front and the tightness on the thigh area. Otherwise, it's exactly what you paid for."
