"Bought the black in xs and it fits like a glove. For reference I'm 5'2 and 105lbs. It's longer so it could be worn to work. It's a great "little black dress" that's simple and classy. And at a sale price it's amazing."

Great basic dress

"I purchased this dress online because I loved the strong shoulder. When I got it and tried it on it fit exactly as I expected. I'm 5''6 150lb and got the blue in a large. I would say it runs pretty true to size, I probably could size down to the medium, but I think I'll stick with it because I wasn't looking for a super-tight fit. This dress is perfect for work since the material is sturdy & the dress is a little longer than other UO dresses. It can also be dressed down with stockings & tall boots. Overall I'm very pleased with the dress, & I plan to order the purple as well."

A new twist to a basic!

"This dress is amazing. I'm 5 ft, 90 lbs and 32A. I ordered an XS and it fits perfect! It's so flattering on the body and the material is fairly thick/good quality. The shoulder detail is a great way to add some oomph to a basic dress. There are no zippers so this is a slip-on type of dress. Just be careful with your deodorant when putting it on!"

"I bought this dress for an interview, and I'm very happy with what i got. The material is nice and thick, and the cut is very flattering. The only thing is the dress runs slightly large, and depending on the desired look, is either longer or shorter in length. Overall its a beautiful elegant dress, and one everyone should own (especially for the price) :)"

"I ordered black and purple in S. For reference: 32D, 26" waist, 33" hips, 5'1".
It fits as it does on the model, a little loose in the waist, but still very form-fitting. The material is thick and warm. I would still wear a thong, but you can probably get away with just panties also. To me, this dress is still a little short (hits about mid-thigh), but it is very modest compared to what I see girls walking down frat row in on Thursday nights so...
I had intended to wear these dresses to recruiting/interview-type events. Considering the length, they are a little iffy depending on the company. I'm also planning on keeping a blazer on over the dress to cover up the fact that it is very form-fitting. The black is more conservative than the purple for some reason, but both are classy. And I love the power shoulders, haha."

"I bought this in both blue and black (S) and absolutely loved the dresses. It is very simple, and the length is appropriate enough for work (Then again I am only 5'2). Love the hourglass shape as well!"

"Very flattering! Love the mauve colour. The sleeves were a little more poofy on me than the picture suggested but I still like them.
Bought the M cos I don't like things skin tight (I'm normally an S) and it was a bit baggy round the middle. But i can always fix with my trusty sewing machine.
Very happy. Recommended!"

"I have a pretty strict dress code at work so was really happy that it was just long enough to wear to the office. I got soooo many compliments! It fits like a glove, doesn't wrinkle and is super comfortable. The material seems durable too so hopefully it will last! You can dress it up or down, easy to pair with a belt, statement necklace, heals or flats. My new favorite dress. I will definitely wear this for social occasions also. For reference, I'm typically a size 4, 5'5'', athletic build. I bought this in Blue, size Medium."

"I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cloth of this dress. It's thick enough to support how form fitting it is. I have a very hourglass shape and the dress is incredibly flattering. The best part is the length. This dress is probably 2 inches longer than most UO dresses, making it appropriate for more daytime situations."
