Cute But Clunky, and Too Tall

"Fit: I'm usually a 7-7.5, so I got a 7.5 and it was about right. Maybe a bit tight, so either size up or be prepared to stretch them out with your big feet ;)
Shaft: I agree that zipper in the back is not ideal, and it felt a bit stiff too. The height was too tall, hitting the middle of the knee (I'm 5'5"). Not the most comfortable, but not a killer either.
Foot: This is a chunky style just like in the picture. The sole is thick rubber and the toe is very round. This is cute if you're going with a rugged look, but it looked cartoony on me.
Leather: pebbled, pretty good quality for the price, but not anything too impressive."

"I was pretty stoked when I got these in, but was a little disappointed in the material that was used. It's definitely not genuine leather, but they are by far the most comfortable boots I own and go with everything. Also, they're not made for people with tiny calfs. There's a lot of extra room in the calf area but if you wear them with skinny jeans and thick socks it's not as noticable. They fit true to size."

"After waiting forever I was really excited to finally receive this boot only to find that it runs TINY. It's also made very narrow which means I can only get half my foot in. I'm normally a 7 and it looks like I'd have to get a 9 in order to wear this. Disappointing.
Otherwise, the quality is decent. Not super amazing, but passable. Real leather is nice but the buckles are 'meh'. Zipper is good. The sole is pretty solid and says Made in India. Definitely wouldn't have paid full price for it."

"I have been looking for a pair of knee high leather black boots for awhile, and these are good, especially for the sale price. My one complaint is the zipper, it's at the back, didn't think of it while ordering, but it makes it a bit awkward when trying to zip up...you can't see back there, so you have to pull it taught and make sure your pants and/or leather flap from the boot isn't sticking in the way of the zipper. A zipper on the side would have made things simpler. It'll take some getting used to, but looks great with skinny jeans/tights."

"I bought these boots based on all of the positive reviews I had read. I was really impressed with the quality of the leather, the pebbled texture is really nice. However, I could not manage to get my heel into the boot. The zipper is too short and makes it hard to put on. Sadly, I'll be returning these boots because I can't get them on comfortably."

"I can't believe I was able to score such a deal on these boots. I was in dire need of a new pair of black knee boots. After searching long and hard I took a chance on these bad boys. Not only are they durable but take no time to break into. They add style to any jean or skirt/dress combo. They are my new fashion staples."

"i bought these because i have some identical ones by steve madden with gold trim and red trim on the back zipper and i wanted some boots that would match everything. so i went with these which were half the price $$ that i paid for my steve maddens. great quality leather for this bargain price :) very happy!"

"All I have to say is that these boots were not made for people with average sized feet. I ordered them in a size 10 and was so excited to receive them in the mail. They just came today and when I tried to try them on, I could only get half of my foot into them. Another thing I didn't like was that they're very cheap quality. I will definitely be returning."

"I have been eyeing these boots for a few months and was so happy when they finally went on sale. I ordered them on Monday and got them today (Wednesday), seriously fast shipping! From the photos the leather looked really nice and I was relieved when I opened the box and tried them on. The leather is definitely great quality for $75 and with some leather protector these will last a long time. I love that the bottom is very textured and rubbery which is essential where I live since it's wet (Portland, OR). The back zipper is definitely stiff but I think that will prevent it from "buckling" in the back heel like a lot of boots do. I am regularly a 8 1/2 and ordered an 8 1/2. When I first tried getting my foot in the shoes it took a little finesse but I think over time the leather will get softer and easy to slip my feet in. I have fairly athletic calves and while they are a tiny bit snug, the leather will stretch a little and be more comfortable. I think the leather will wear beautifully and if you are considering a good, solid pair of leather boots, you can't go wrong with these!"

"these boots are a great value for money, being genuine leather its a steal! The picture does not do them justice what so ever. I love mine. Runs true to size. The zips were very very stiff when i first got them so running them up and down a couple of times before you wear them fixes it easy. Love them!"
