"As soon as i woke 2 minutes the sole unstick. I sent them to be stick again, but after one day using its about to unstick to it. They shoemaker were I sent them to fix tolde me that the sole should be nailed and not glue. Undurtanatly i don't live in US to return them."

"I got these in black. They are great to just add some style to jeans and a tee, or wear with shorts and tights. They fit but are a little wide."

HORRIBLE QUALITY

"I loved these shoes but they are terribly made. After the first time wearing them, the sole ripped off from the heel on both shoes! I didn't fall, trip or anything! It just happened from walking. Now I tried glueing them, taking them to a cobbler and there no hope. They are really disappointing."

"Although I love the style of the shoe, its sad to say that they are cheaply made. When I received my shoes (black) I noticed that the materials used to make the shoe appeared cheap. I looked past this initially because the style was gorg! I attempted to wear them out and while tying them one of the shoes clasp broke off!! I was terribly disappointed."

"Usually I love Urban Shoes, especially this brand, but I had these for no more than a month and wore them maybe 5 times. The heels began to become almost unglued and were coming off, they were unstable and floppy and even the shoe repair guy said they were just terribly made.

"These were a gift. She loved them!! After the first wear... the heel started to separate. I contacted Urban Outfitters and they were very helpful and I was able to return them for a new pair!! She is Very Happy again! Thanks"

"just got these in the mail and they ar beautiful! the color is exactly as pictured (I got the grey). I did notice the lace anchors aren't very sturdy and i'm scared of them popping off as they need to be laced up quite tight. Have only worn once, we'll see how long they last!"

"I ordered these in black in a size 6 and I am usually between 6 - 7. But the size 6 fits perfectly fine. I got these boots yesterday and I love them. They are really amazing, but the mid-sole has been coming off at the back after only ONE wear. I am just very disappointed."
