"I bought mine in store, so that is probably why I don't have many complaints. I think the only complaint I have is that the fit is very loose and baggy, due to the fact that mine is around a medium/large, when I'm only an extra small/small (it was the only one in the store and a great deal, I couldn't turn it down). Other than that it's great winter wear and very comfortable. Thanks UO!"

"Yes, it's urban renewal so it doesn't look exactly like the picture. Mine is an orangey/green/brown sort of colour, like when you mix Coke, orange crush, and green apple slushee together. But it's really comfy, warm, and fits great. Would recommend, but not if you're conservative about colours."

"First and foremost, I love UO.
This is my first UR purchase, I wasn't sure what to expect. My sweater isn't anything like the one above. I must admit, I was a little disappointed with the color initially (there are a few large areas that have no color at all) but I guess that's the point of UR. I've tried it on since... it is growing on me and I can't wait to wear it.
I'm 5'7 and 150lbs, the M/L is big enough without feeling like I'm wearing a sack. The material is comfy and warm. Ideal purchase for autumn/winter."

"It's okay not amazing... I got it for my friend.. I would size up because it is a bit short on the bottom. Great colors no matter what color you get. It's very cozy and a good thick material. Now that it's on sale it's a must buy."

"I ordered the warm color sweater, and received a vintage Ralph Lauren sweater in an army green color. The sweater was washed in areas with a dark red dye, with a bit of dark orange here and there. When I first saw it, I hated it, but now I love it. The color combo you receive will definitely be different, but my sweater is extremely cute and warm. Other than a small seem rip (which I sewed up with ease), the sweater was perfect. My sweater is warm enough for cold days, but I'm also able to wear it on sunny days. Although my sweater is not what I expected, I really love it and it's super pretty.
I'm 5'3, 105-110 pounds and I order a size small or medium I think."

Good, but not what's expected

"I ordered the "warm shades", which is orange/redish online. Upon arrival, it looked like a more a subdued version of the cool shades. I was so upset when I first opened it, but after I continued looking at it I started liking it more and more. Eventually, I began wearing it. It's very flattering; while it's very loose/baggy it doesn't make it look like I'm wearing a burlap sack. The sleeves look a little weird to me unless they're pushed or rolled up like in the pictures, but that's easily fixable. This sweater is VERY heavy. I can only wear it on the coldest days or I burn alive. It's worth the $20 sale price, but I'm glad I did not pay the original price as I did not get what I ordered at all."

Good but be careful

"I ordered both colors, because I knew it was a gamble with the colors. I got a m/l in both. I'm 5'6" 145lbs, and the cool colored sweater was pretty tight on me, and the warm color sweater fit the way I wanted it to. I will keep the warm color, but return the cool. I'm not sure if all the cool color run small, and warm run true to size, or if it's just the individual piece you get. I suggest getting 2 or 3 if you order this online and choosing the best color and fit of those."

"I got this sweater for christmas and I had seen it online, but when i got it for Christmas it was completely dofferent from the picture, but i absolutely loved it! I got a M/L and it fit perfectly considering I'm 5'5 and 150lbs. Would definitely recommend this!"

"This sweater is so great, its warm and yes it probably wont be what's in the picture. But that's a good thing! No 2 sweaters are the same! I fortunately bought this sweater in person. I'm 4'10 and 100 pounds and the S/M fit like a big sweater dress. It's so comfortably baggy and looks great with tights. Definitely get this sweater!!! SOOO worth it!"

"As I've heard a lot of clothes on this website are different from the picture, I was kind of worried. My sweater ended up being an awesome blend of purple, pink, and green with a little brown. It really blends great and is nice and pretty thick. It is a little oversized (I got the S/M and I'm 5 foot 3, 113 pounds) but it's perfect because I love them oversized. For $39, this was SO worth it."

"It doesn't mention when you order online that it will look nothing like the picture... However I actually had to call and order because they were having system issues..
The rep did tell me it may differ from the picture.. It certainly did.. I know they hand make each one individually but c'mon I know they can be made closer to the picture.... And that is what people are hoping to get"

"Just received this today. I ordered the brown/orange combo and mine is actually more of a pink tint, and has some blue and green. Typical urban renewal, colors vary. I still love my sweater, and the colors are great. I got the S/M, and it is large enough where I can pull the sleeves over my hands, and the back hits a little above my bum. I would def recommend for anyone who loves big sweaters. Very unique."

"I would love this sweater IF it had been close to the same color as advertised. I ordered the Blue/multi, but what I got was a bunch of Browns with small section of blue/black. The blue slashes look much more blue in my picture than on the top. My daughter said it looked like someone threw up on my sweater. Aside from the color, I really like the sweater. Well made, and great fabric texture. Sadly I must send it back because of the color"

"I order the fall colors and I was disappointed when I received it. It fit perfectly and was comfy except the colors were nothing like the picture. Instead of oranges and browns, all it was, was red with dark brown. Not as cute. Definitely would not of purchased if i knew the colors were not like the picture."
