Confusing

"This seems to be a common trend with UO's "urban renewal". Not the size, color, shape, fitting you were expecting. I green and plaid shirt like the one in the picture. Instead I got a solid, navy blue shirt. While the shirt is cool, it isn't what I thought I was getting. UO, you need to come up with a better system for letting us know to some extent what we are buying. This isn't cutting it."

Sizing is ridiculous

"Ordering one of these is a gamble. I ordered a brown in medium and received a decent looking shirt, but when I tried it on it was almost a foot too long. I'm 5'11 and 140 pounds, and the shirt fit me perfectly everywhere else: chest, sleeves and all. I exchanged it for another in medium and it was entirely two small. I'm sure it's possible to get a really nice shirt out of this, but it's impossible to tell until it's on your doorstep. Order at your own risk."

Wildly different than product image

"I realize the description clearly states the actual item will vary from the image shown. However, the product I received was wildly different. Like, not even close. I ordered the green flannel and I got one that didn't have any green on it. It was mostly white and blue.
Also, the description clearly states "You will receive the same style and tone as pictured". I assumed this meant I would receive a shirt with 2 front chest pockets as pictured. The flannel I received had no chest pockets, it was just a button up.
I guess what I am saying is that with these products you are rolling the dice."
