"I was so excited to purchase and receive this item, however it arrived in poor condition.
The back brace was snapped off the top shelf brackets were all bowed and distorted.
Also the hooks in the photo are not what the item comes with.
While this is super cute and does look good on my wall, it is also really poorly & impractically designed. Ideally both shelves would be flat and the hooks would hold a mug properly."

good for my little things!

"i live in a studio so this shelf is perfect in my kitchen for storing my jars of honey, seasonings, and whatnot. like the user below said, the hooks are smaller than shown in the picture, but that doesn't bother me as i'm using them to hold my pot holders and oven mits. the only negative thing is that it doesn't come with screws! it's not that big of a deal; it's just a pain that i had to go to the hardware store to pick some up instead of them already being included."

"This shelf is so pretty and matches my kitchen perfectly...however, the hooks that came with my shelf are not the ones pictures in the description. The hooks my shelf came with are MUCH smaller, and will not hold my mugs like I intended this shelf to do. Kind of a bummer."
