Great summer or layering skirt

"This skirt is a lot thinner than it looks but is an awesome skirt for warm weather or can be layered with tights for a colder weather look.
Fits great, I would think on all shapes and sizes, and can be worn below the waist or high wasted like in the photo.
The color is exactly the same and the pleating is tastefully wrinkled.
Definitely happy with my purchase!"
