UO continues to screw up my orders...

"This came to me damaged/unfinished. It was completely missing a cuff. I loved it, but now I probably won't get it exchanged because they most likely ran out of my size. This has happened before, and it's so discouraging I might stop ordering/shopping from this store...the items just aren't quality any more."

So close but no.

"I wouldn't have bought it if I saw it in the store. The color isn't exactly like the picture (a little more olive-y), but I actually like the real-life version better. The sweater is also the perfect size (I'm 5'7'' and got a M, but I also like sweaters to be baggy) and super soft, though a little thin.
BUT: the sweater has a ton of tiny threads hanging off of it, especially by the elbow patches. I accidentally pulled on one when I first opened the package and now I have a snag line on the front of the sweater. Not ideal."

Cute but misleading...

"This arrived today, so soft, great fit, but I'm a little disappointed because the "olive" color is actually just a gray with a very very slight hint of green hue."

It's cute and very soft

"I purchased this in the gray color. I really like it, the material is soft and has a stretch to it. The quality of the sweater is great. I ordered a size small, for reference I'm 5'6" 122 pounds. I could have sized up, it's not tight at all but I wanted the sweater to be a little longer and in the small it hit right were my jeans are on my waist. I prefer my sweater and cardigans to be longer. The color is very true to the picture but the elbow patches are darker in person. The sweater is totally worth the price"
