"Lovely dress. The lace is very sturdy but does snag easily, and the entire thing has a good stretch to it. I'm 5'8" and about 130lbs and I ordered a medium, which fits me decently but I would have preferred a small. Unfortunately, it is pretty short and for that reason I have to return it. For my height, it doesn't provide enough coverage for the event I ordered it for. The bodice has no support so you need a bra if you have bigger boobs. I'm a 34C and I definitely need a bra with it. Unfortunately you can see through the lace on the back so a bra comes off a little trashy in my opinion. I think this dress is best for shorter girls who have a small or perky set."

"I'm 80 pounds, 5 feet tall, and I can never fina a dress that fits me well. I tried this on and it fits perfectly! I got the xs in navy and its not loose or too long! It's a very pretty dress and I defiantly recommend it!"

Love the dress but...

"I'm 5'1, 115 pounds and I purchased this in a small (red) everything fits perfectly but the arms are a bit tight and doesn't stretch which sucks because my arms are very muscular. but other than that the dress is very classy and you can dress it up with heels are dress it down with some cute flats !"

"I'm 5'8, 120 lbs, and ordered this in a size small in the maroon color. Unlike some past reviews for the maroon color only, I have had no trouble with the sizing of this item. It fits amazingly and is super comfortable! I wore it to a wedding and got so many compliments. It seems the trouble is that in comparison to different colors that people already owned prior to buying the maroon, the maroon does not fit the same. As someone who did not own this dress in another color beforehand, I think it fits great."

"I bought this in a size Medium, which is my usual size. I love the color (red) and it fits great. The arms are a little snug but not so much that it's super uncomfortable. It snags pretty easily and mine has a few pulls in it because of that. It's still my favorite dress despite any flaws."

"I'm 5"4, 105 lbs, 32A. I ordered the maroon in XS (my usual dress size). As other reviewers have had trouble with this colour, I was a little worried, but I didn't want to risk sizing up either and end up with something a little too loose, so I went with it and it turned out just fine.
The dress pretty much fits just like the picture. Fitted on top, and the skirt kind of just drapes nicely. It's short but not too short (on me anyway). The armpit area is a little tight, but not uncomfortably so; however, do be warned that if you raise your arms, the dress will get pulled up, so you probably don't want to go dancing in it. The lace does and will snag on basically everything (i.e. necklaces), so be careful. Getting the garment off IS a bit of a pain, but:
HINT - the easiest way to get out of this dress is to pull it from the skirt up and peel it over your arms and head so that it ends up inside-out. At first I tried pulling it off my usual way (not inside-out), but it was just too tight.
Despite above issues, it's still a very cute dress. You can dress it up with nice shoes for a special date (this is one of those dresses guys will definitely love on their girls), but I also love dressing it down with a chunky cardigan, over-the-knee socks, and some combat booties for casual everyday errands/school/etc."

"Finally talked myself into ordering this dress in the red after a few months of thinking about it. I went into a UO store to try one on since some of the other reviews have said the red dress is not as stretchy as the other colors(the small in white in the store was roomy so I went with a small to be on the safe side, I am about 120 lbs and 5 foot 4). Reviews are correct- the sleeves have not an inch of stretch in them. Other than that, dress fits just like in the picture, sitting at natural waist and falling a few inches above the knee. The color is a little more of a blue-red in realtime, but very close. Unfortunately the dress that came in the mail had some pilling occurring on the lace already which got a little worse with a day of wear, but unless someone is really close up I don't think they would notice. I just trimmed it off and will hope for the best with the first wash."

"I was really hoping to get this dress in red for Valentine's day, but when I went to the store they only had navy and white. I ended up getting the navy because it was such a pretty dress and looked so flattering on that I knew I had to get it. I was worried it would be too short but the length is just right (just long enough in the back that it's not too short/still looks good). For reference, I'm 5'10 130lbs and I got a M. I love this dress and got a lot of compliments on it! Definitely go for this dress!"

"I got this in the blue color and was worried when I went to try it on that it was going to be boring. But the neckline adds real interest, and it fits so well (I am 5'1'' 113 lbs and got an XS)! The back is really cute, and it makes me feel just pretty!"

Found My Valentine's Day Dress!!!

"I purchased this dress online in the maroon color with intentions to wear it for Valentine's Day. Reading previous reviews, I was a little worried about it fitting too snug at the top. But being the petite, extra small gal that I am (with an A cup, I might add), I figured I would be fine. When I finally got the dress, I tried it on and...whew...it was quite difficult! I really love the dress, but it is quite tight up in the arm/chest area. Once I got it on after struggling for a while, it was fine and wasn't uncomfortable to wear. The dress looks GREAT on, and I can't wait to wear it for Valentine's Day!! :) I just can't imagine how I would have gotten the dress on if I had breasts any bigger than the ones I have now! Haha.
p.s. Be prepared to spend some time battling with your dress when the time comes to take it off! Lol."

"I get nervous about sizing issues when ordering online (4'8", 95lbs). I even took the precaution to go to my local store and tried this dress on in navy size small. it was slightly loose, so I went ahead and ordered an XS in maroon.
It came in and it was absurd! The material was not stretchy AT ALL unlike the navy. I couldn't even fit my torso into the dress -forget about the arms! I would have lost circulation! I was so upset because I REALLY love this dress. Literally 10 minutes after receiving it in the mail, I sent it back to exchange for a size small, but by the time they processed it, it was out of stock!
It came in and it was absurd! The material was not stretchy AT ALL unlike the navy. I couldn't even fit my torso into the dress -forget about the arms! I would have lost circulation! I was so upset because I REALLY love this dress. Sure, they look the same, but because the material is so different it's practically a different dress! What's the point of that? Go ahead and order it in maroon if you are REALLY skinny, but otherwise...beware."

Something's Wrong with the Maroon Dress

"I saw this dress online and immediately fell in love with it in the maroon color. I went to the store, which was sold out of the maroon in a medium, so I settled for white. The white fit beautifully. However, I really really wanted the maroon one since the color is absolutely gorgeous. I wanted to order it online and saw a review warning about how the maroon dress, for whatever reason, does not fit like the other colors. I received my maroon dress today and completely agree. Something is really weird with the maroon material. The white dress' lace material is extremely stretchy and comfy. The maroon's is stretchy, but loses about an inch of room when stretched in comparison to the white dress. I have slightly big arms, and here is where the dress is the least comfortable. Be cautious when purchasing!
But the white dress fits beautifully."

"I honestly am so in love with this dress. With all the reviews saying the red fit weird, I was worried. But I ordered it in XS and it fits perfectly. I'm a petite 5" 100lbs. I love it. It's not as short as I'd like, but I'm short so it probably is the perfect length for any girl taller than me or even a bit short. The material is so nice and beautiful. It is really flattering and comfortable. I really would recommend you buy this. It's my new favorite. I can't wait to wear it on valentines day!"

"At first I was a bit sceptical about buying it because I was scared that I would never wear it more than once, but clearly I was wrong. There are so many occasions I can wear it too or even as semi-formal wear. I tried on the maroon colour but since I own so many of that colour I decided to go for the navy blue. I wear a small (I'm 5'4", 107lbs, 32C) and after trying on the blue dress, I realized that it was a lot more comfortable. Now reading some of these comments, I found out that many people had problems with the maroon dress. Anyways, I really recommend this dress, it's truly amazing and well fitted/made."

"just bought this and I love it already! I was really scared to try it b/c I thought the dress would be too long for me (5'2" for reference) --but its perfect even when its only 2" above my knees.
I got the maroon and I guess the sizing varies different than the other colors. I'm 85~90 lbs and the xs was snug on me. It's a b to take it off because its really fit on the shoulders and the chest so beware! Pair this up with pearl earrings and its perfect! :)"

Sizing Flawed - Be cautious with Red/Maroon dress

"I had the same problem as the review below titled "Sizing Messed Up" - I ordered this dress in navy and LOVED it, but when ordering a second in the same size (large), the fit was ENTIRELY different.
I'm really disappointed, as the red/maroon color is gorgeous and I'd been looking for a good red dress for so long. The white/navy dresses seem to be made of a more elastic lace and fit true to size (I've always worn a large in all Pins and Needles dresses), while the maroon color has nearly no give and is not at all stretchy. The fit in the arms of the maroon color are far too tight for comfort and not at all friendly to anyone with even slightly broad shoulders.
Be cautious when ordering in maroon - the lace is NOT the same! :("

"I LOVE this dress! I wore it once, and got tons of compliments! The lace is so pretty! And the way it's done I was able to wear a nude bra without being able to see it through the back of the dress which is awesome.
I bought it in blue (its a little darker and more purple than in the picture so it might be a different color all together...) in a small. I'm 5'7", 135lbs, 36B. I have long legs and a short torso, and I have an athletic body but I'm not very curvy. This dress is very flattering! If you have a bigger chest than I do I definitely don't recommend the small-it will be way too tight. Overall, a great buy!"
