As tights normally are, they tear easily.

"I tore mine the second time I wore them, and like the other reviewers I was super careful... its really such a shame because they are RIDICULOUSLY cute. I got so many compliments.

"I typically like the look of some snips and tears in stockings gives a look some edge but I REALLY wanted these to be in one piece...I thought I succeeded in gently removing the cardboard from the stocking..and I did great but...I still found a big tear in the back leg part.... :("

"As the two other reviews say, these are very fragile. I'm afraid to wear them. I have put them on once and already created a small hole even though I was extremely careful. They bird pattern is extremely cool though. I received many compliments on these the one time I wore them."

Cute yet fragile

"High points for this adorable print.... however they ripped as I gently attempted to pull a bit of slack up around the lower leg.....before I even got out the door! Sad to say I didn't get to successfully wear these once. The only other issue was that they smelt horribly toxic when I took them out of the packaging...I wasn't sure if it was the tights or the bag. After they aired out, the smell was gone. I'll be purchasing one last time just because the print is so darn cute...but I'll be extremely gentle upon handling this time. I guess you have to expect this with most tights."
