Sexy, comfortable, works for many activities
(February 1, 2013)
"I'm 5'8", 36D with broad shoulders and hips, typically wear a size 8 and ordered a L. This dress really works on my body type. The front is fairly conservative but still shows off my curves (in a skimming rather than clinging sort of way), and the back is really really sexy. At night, I wear it with a bra that fastens in the front and has a mesh back. Because the fit is loose and the length is a few inches over the knee, it's not too much for day time with a colored bandeau. Oh, and the fabric feels great--this dress is very comfortable."

Well, I like it...
(December 19, 2012)
"Mind you I am on the tall side, but I really like how this dress fits. Like most shift dresses, this is only going to work for girls with straighter body types. It's a consequence of the style, unfortunately. The back DOES drape pretty low, but a bandeau or a camisole work well here because with the loose nature of the back cowl, you still a sense of shape even when you're more covered. My bust (D cup) is a little too significant to dare going without any support, but an A/B might be adventurous enough. If the silhouette of a straight or shift dress often works for you, I can't recommend this dress enough. The print and fabric are lovely."

Not Flattering... At All
(November 29, 2012)
"I have to give it 3 stars because, while it looked awful on me, the fabric and print are amazing and it's made well.
I figured that I was probably too curvy to look good in this and i was right. I'm 5' 5", 36-27-36 for reference. I looked like a gigantic rectangle in this dress. And the awkward breast pocket is awkward. It's a "slouchy" pocket which basically means it makes it hangs open making one boob look much larger than the other.
If you have more of a runway model type figure, I bet this dress would look pretty cute sans the pocket. The fabric is to die for. I haven't returned it yet and am still contemplating disassembling it to use the fabric to make a dress that I like."
"I would recommend sizing down one. I am a solid L at 5'6" 155. The open back was all the way past my waist and the shoulders were too wide, and the pocket in the front on the chest is weird and stays open. It's a really cute pattern and colour scheme, but not well cut. It would look cute on tall skinny girls - just order one size down."
