It's not a shelf for books.

"I bought this hoping I could store a few books on here. Looking at the picture I assumed it would hold a few novels. Nope. Not even my smallest paperback would fit. So now it's going to hold my face creams and what nots. It's a shame because this would of looked so cute above my bed with all my books and a lamp. Apart from that the overall quality isn't shabby."
