"I have no complaint about the style. Totally love it. Fit true to size. But what shocked me is how uncomfortable these shoes are. The chunky heels seem harmless, right? And they're not too high. I wear high heels quite often, and I own a pair of similar oxford booties that I used to walk in all the time. So I never thought I'd have any problem wearing them. Wrong! These shoes make your feet arch in such a very weird way that your ankles feel sore even more than the feet, which rarely happens to me even with stilettos. Not to mention that they are made of very hard and stiff material and don't provide any padding. Adding a gel insole might solve that problem, but since I got my normal size there's no room for any insert. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who want these shoes to complete an everyday look, unless you're overly obsessed with the style that are willing to endure the pain."

Pretty Shoe, Aweful quality
(February 12, 2013)
"I looooved the shoe when it arrived in the mail. It is extremely stylish and goes with everything. The gold works perfect with the beige color.
BUT: One of the heels broke off after wearing it the second time. I did not run a marathon. Or go dancing. Or step-dancing. Just broke off. The one star is because they are so pretty. But don't be fooled. If you're planning on doing anything other than sit in them, don't buy them."

Good buy but you get what you pay for.

"Overall (okay): For a pair of $40 shoes (sale price) they're not bad. If you're on the fence about size, opt for the bigger size so that you can add an insole since they are not really comfortable (I'm usually 7.5 but 8 fit nicely with/without the insole).
Quality (okay): Pretty cheaply made, but sturdy. Very light padding in the foot so I would recommend an insole if you're planning to actually walk in these. Soles aren't bad but they're nothing special either. Material is a bit stiff so it may rub at first; I recommend wearing socks or tights until the material loosens up to avoid blisters.
Style (great!): Super cute :) If you're worried about the gold being too bright, don't worry, it looks great and adds flare to an otherwise regular shoe. These shoes are more about style rather than comfort, although they are not super uncomfortable. I'm keeping them because they are exactly what I've been looking for."

As you can see, the gold isn't too bright! They look super cute with jeans too!

Classic!

"I am a true 9, but after reading the reviews I purchased a 8.5. The shoe is darker than the picture which shows it as more of grey. I love them. They're easy to walk in and they'll work with anything in my wardrobe."

"Despite my good luck with Urban Outfitters, I am always quite skeptical when purchasing shoes online. But these run very true to size, are even more comfortable than they look, and go with ANYTHING. I can't wait to show these off! It was love at first sight."

"These shoes are really unique and stylish-- I bought them for work in the beige and I'm happy because they make a great statement. HOWEVER-- they're not uncomfortable, but I probably wouldn't be able to wear them all day if I were walking around. There isn't a lot of padding at the ball of the foot-- I'll probably buy some of those gel inserts to make them more comfortable. Also, I wish they were real leather, but then they'd be more expensive.
They run a tad bit large-- I am a 7.5 and probably could have worn the 7. It doesn't bother me though so I kept the 7.5s."
