What I wanted

"These boots were exactly what I wanted - almost bought the Kimchi Blue Lana suede boots but these have the platform that make them more comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 or 9 - bought an 8.5 and could have gotten away with an 8. I've only worn them once so far but they were super comfy the whole night.
They look stylish and I think can be casual or dressed up more. Love them!"

Look great but SO PAINFUL!

"These only lasted but a few wears before the bolt holding the heel in place started to dig into my heel. At first I didn't think anything of it and I purchased gel inserts, but nothing could cover what felt like a large nail digging into my heel with every step. It seems it's a manufacturing issue since only a few reviews have mentioned this problem, and I'm going to see if there's anything I can do to replace them."

"Snatched these up at my local UO and very happy. Needed a pair of cute, easy to walk in, quality pair of heels for work and play. These shoes fit that description perfectly. Great tread, cushioned insole, and the suede looks so good in person."

"I wanted these for a long time and was so pleased when they arrived right on time! Only thing I would say is I ordered a size 8, which is my usual size, and they are a bit big, so I would order a half size under your usual. Otherwise, very wearable and very cute."

"I had these boots in my checkout bag online for like TWO MONTHS ! and since the store is so far away from my house i rarely get to go, but i finally had the chance to go. when i saw them there I bought them, and i have to say these are the most AMAZING , comfortable and easy to walk in shoes i've ever owned. the only problem is that theres a little bump at the heel that hurts a little after a while. but other than that , BUY THESE BOOTS !"

"Ok, the shoes are super cute but, 5 days after I got them, the insides were falling apart. These cubes popped out on the heel part and it hurt to walk on them. I had to get Dr. Scholl's to keep my heels comfortable. I was so excited to get the shoes because they're so adorable! Five days later, it went down hill. I have $15 shoes that are better quality than this. Disappointing."

These boots are an 11 out of 10!

"So cute, so comfy! I don't see how these are as tall as they are. The bit of sole in front makes them feel more like 3.5" which is somehow so much more doable than 4" for all day wear. I work in retail, so I need a shoe that I can walk around in all day on a wood floor, and these are perfect. The exaggerated heel makes your foot look dainty and when paired with black jeans, just gives you legs for days. There's a bit of a sexy factor with these boots. They are just so good in so many ways!
Like other reviewers, I did find the fit to run large, not insanely large, but I would recommend going down a half size for comfort and ease of wearing."

"When I first saw them I fell in love. I walked around the store and they are super easy to walk in and adorable. My best friend and I bought matching pairs because they were so cute. I wore them for the first time yesterday. I wore them all day and honestly my feet never hurt so badly. I'm still in pain. I do not recommend these to any one and I don't know how people day they are comfortable. My friend has the same issue. If there was a platform in the front I'm sure they'd be a little bit more comfortable. Horrible. So disappointed. They looked cute with my outfit though."

"These are my favorite shoes I own. They're perfect. I'm a size 7 and I ordered a 7 - they fit perfectly. My feet never hurt in these. I wear them in my RN school classes, while i'm nannying, and to rock shows. They're so comfortable! Do yourself a favor and buy these. Now."

"I tried to purchase both, but the black ones are on backorder until November since I live in Canada. So I ended up with the brown ones.
I usually dwindle somewhere between a size 6-7, so I went with the 7. They're kind of big on my feet, but nothing thick socks and maybe insoles can't fix. The quality is good, especially in comparison to more expensive boots that I've purchased. I like the chunky heel, and the grips on the sole definitely make it easier to walk in- especially during the drier winter days. It'd be great as a casual boot that you'll wear often.
If I get the black ones in November, I'll probably get a size 6 instead as they run big."

"I was super stoked on these since I always find heels super uncomfortable to walk around in. These are nice because they give you a little height and they are real comfy. I saw these online and then went and tried them on in the store in a size 9. A little big, but perfect for wearing with socks. Only complaint is that the inner soles came unstuck and bunched up the first time I wore them out :( But other than that, super cute and versatile!"

"These shoes are awesome - I got them in brown, size 8 (I am usually an 8 and they were a teeny bit large but with socks, A-OK). My only complaint is that they arrived *clearly* worn!! The soles were dirty and there are two stains on the suede. Still, I love them so much that I'm not sure if I want I send them back for an exchange or just try to spot clean them with a suede cleaner - I can't bear to part with them for 3 weeks waiting for a new pair!! Has anyone tried spot cleaning these?"

"I ordered these in black in a size 7.5 after trying a pair of size 8's in store. I am usually between a 7.5-8.5, and the 7.5 fits perfectly! I would definitely recommend these boots to anyone. They are way comfortable (as long as you get the right size), super cute, and they are really well made. I'm totally a boot feind, and I've been looking for that perfect pair of boots for fall that I can wear with everything, that looks unique and kinda casual but still stylish and not too chunky... these are perfection!"

"Just got these yesterday in the mail. They're super cute. Sturdy and solid. Unfortunately they're a bit too big. My shoe size is anywhere from 7 to an 8 depending on the shoe. The 8 is about an inch too big so I'm definitely exchanging them asap for a smaller size. Can't say how they hold up over time though since I've tried them on once. Also for reference, my foot is exactly 24 cm long."

Some Quality Issues, But Overall Good Product

"These shoes are super cute, and the grips on the bottom are great for walking around. My only issue with the shoes is that they aren't that comfortable and the lining on the inside sole of the shoe came loose after one wear for only 2 hours or so. I don't know if I got a poorly made pair, but the broke so quickly. I just took the lining out and put in shoe inserts, and they are more comfortable now. Other than that, they look really great and super artsy, and I get compliments on them all the time. The suede looks great and the heels are high but very stable."
