Hood was too big

"I was excited to get this coat and when it arrived it was so heavy. The hood is crazy huge, i felt like Little Red Riding Hood. You have to fold it because otherwise, your face will be eaten by it. I didn't like the hood and returned it. Very warm though and good material."

"i thought i might return it but so glad i didn't! it's super cold by me right now and this coat is perfect. the hood is GIGANTIC and i thought a little ridiculous but it makes the coat even warmer. it's heavy (literally) and totally adorbs."

"I'm 5'2" 95lb, ordered this coat in size XS. it fits me perfectly. I agree with one of the reviewers that the bottom is puffier than shown in the pictures. but I love it because of that and the hood (my favorite part of the coat!!) To me, it's kinda like dress+coat with cloak hood. I'm glad I bought it."

Super Cute, But Really Poofy

"I fell in love with this coat and bought it in a medium online. I'm 5'5" and typically wear a medium from Urban. When it arrived and I got to try it on, I was heartbroken to find that the bottom half of the coat is much poofier than the picture shows. It gives off this nice illusion that my hips are disproportional to the rest of my body. After a week of debating whether or not I wanted to return it, I decided I really did like it despite how much the bottom puffed out. To avoid that, I just never button it up. Now I get so many compliments on the coat. It grew on me and I'm really glad I didn't end up returning it."

"This coat is sooooo amazing. The material is soft and pretty, though its warm enough for winter. The silhouette is flattering and the size is almost perfect. Overall I'm so happy finding this."
