I LOVE this bag!
(January 6, 2013)
"I saw this in-store and received it for Christmas-- it is beautiful. It's spacious, light, goes with everything... basically, it's perfect. It holds my 15 inch laptop with room to spare and has a bunch of awesome pockets. Best. Bag. Ever. (I have the black one, but the taupe looks nice, too.) I'm even thinking about ordering another just in case. Also, I have not had any problems with any of the zippers!"

A great bag!
(December 10, 2012)
"I saw this bag in the store and immediately knew I needed to buy it. It's very spacious and carries all the supplies I need for class. I especially like how the bag has a zipper underneath the fold and doesn't rely on only the buckles to keep everything in. That way my things don't shift too much or fall out :)"

backpack of my dreams!
(December 5, 2012)
"I've been through quite a few in search of the bag that wouldn't hang too low on my back and that could fit a bunch of my stuff including books &/or laptop. It's everything I wanted. I get tons of compliments on it. I am going to purchase another for a backup when I totally wear this one out."

"I bought this bag in taupe although I had a hard time choosing between taupe and black. I figured black would look too 'old' on me plus I have enough black in my closet as it is. The picture above doesn't really do it any justice however I can assure you it is a lovely bag.
This bag is spacey. Ugh. I can't even begin to describe how much I am in love with this bag. Ok, if you read my other reviews. I pretty much say that for every review so.
This bag is just the equivalent of perfect. I am a design student so I don't carry that much aside from food, a notebook, folder, and textbook. It's just great. I don't have to carry a standard jansport backpack. Although I don't own any.
Well. I haven't had any problems with the zipper yet. I'm usually careful with the zipper, so I won't jam it but even then. I probably won't use the main compartment zipper because I'm lazy. Ha.
Oh yeah btw, I bought this in stores."

(December 2, 2012)
"I got this bag on sale ...I was very happy for 2 weeks till the zipper stopped functioning and I returned it to the store although I loved everything about this bag.... I read other reviews and found out that it wasn't only my bag's problem...."

Great looking bag, terrible zipper!
(November 2, 2012)
"Ugh...this bag! I'm giving it a below average rating because the main zipper is terrible. I've had this bag for less than a month and already the zipper is completely broken. All the little "teeth" are mangled and it's extremely frustrating when you're trying to access your bag in a rush. I should have known this would happen because when I bought the bag there was another one for half-off because the zipper was broken. Should have been a red flag. I think this is a problem with most UO bags. I bought another purse from here a couple years ago that was also rendered useless because of the zipper. UO, your bags are way more than they should be in the first place...at least make them functional."

Great Bag but...
(October 16, 2012)
"I got this bag for the new school year in the taupe color, and I love it! It has plenty of room for everything I need and is super pretty. I have gotten so many compliments on it. The only downside is the zipper. It might just be a defect with mine, but many times a day the zipper gets stuck. It's quite the let down but I love the bag regardless!"

Best Purchase Ever
(October 6, 2012)
"I have been looking for this type of bag for so long now and when I saw it on here I immediately fell in love. It came in the mail just in time for the new school year and it really is spacious and roomy which is something I need for being such a... scholar. I've gotten a lot of compliments on it. It's roomy, it's stylish. Don't even hesitate to buy this bag, just buy it!"

Perfect For School
(September 24, 2012)
"I just got this in the mail about two weeks ago for my birthday, and its holding up quite well! The first day i used it i got so many compliments! I bought the grey one and the picture does NOT do the color justice. The buckles are actually rose-gold ish and are SO pretty in person. Its a pretty good size if you have a lot of books to carry, and more pockets than you would think! I can even fit my laptop comfortably in here, its great. Absolutely love it!"

All Set for University! :)
(September 18, 2012)
"I received the taupe coloured bag today in the mail - was so pleasantly surprised! The photo truly does not do this bag justice - the sizing is absolutely perfect and the colour of the buckles compliment the lovely colour of the bag! Absolutely love it! Such a timeless design :D"
"This bag is simple but cool. To my surprise it is super easy to open with snaps instead of real buckles which can be a pain. I got lots of compliments on it. The only downside is that the strap adjusting buckle can kind of dig into your shoulders :("

A little bit classic, a little bit rock and roll.
(August 26, 2012)
"I ordered this bag online in black so that it would match my black combat boots. I LOVE that it's not your typical backpack- it's stylish and cool. It's also pretty large and has pockets to fit everything you need. The "leather" is super soft and feels like the real deal, and the hardware details are nice and shiny. So far, so good!"

Great Purchase!!
(August 19, 2012)
"Absolutely love this bag. Saw it in stores and decided to pick up the taupe colored one. I agree with the other review, the pictures online really do not do this bag justice. It is a lot better in person and worth checking out if you are in need of a nice/ roomy bag. The detailing around the buckles and material make the bag look a lot more expensive than it is. It is really spacious and pretty much fits everything and anything. The quality is excellent as well and it is well worth the price."

Beautiful Backpack!
(August 19, 2012)
"I ordered the grey one for the new school year and it was exactly what I was looking for! When I first opened it, it looked a little small, but once I put my books and binders in it, everything fit perfectly with room at the top to zip completely. There is plenty of pockets to carry items like your lipgloss, phone, etc. if you are like me and don't like lugging a purse to school. The color is amazing and I 100% agree that the picture above does not do it justice! The zipper are the perfect shade of rose gold and I am undoubtedly in love with this BDG backpack! I would highly recommend it!"

GREAT BACKPACK!!!
(July 26, 2012)
"So I was in the store returning a Herschel backpack (also great quality, but it was to boy-ish for me) and I was just going to return it but the gray BDG caught my eye, it's so gorgeous in person! The picture here does not give it justice, the metal closures are this really beautiful rose gold finish and make it look a lot more expensive than it is. I thought the black one was a bit drab in comparison. Also it's roomy inside, I tested it out and I fit my binder textbook agenda notebook and laptop and it fit perf and zipped without being bulky! Best backpack ever."
