The quintessential shoe!

"I ordered these online after seeing them on a recent trip to USA. (Didn't get them as I couldn't fit them in my luggage!) I ordered an 8.5 even though I am usually an 8. I remembered the 8 being a bit tight when I tried them on in person. In hindsight, the 8 would be ok, but the 8.5 is comfortable- and I can put some "party feet" in them to fill space. So far they have been very comfortable and they don't feel as high as they look. (despite not having a flat form). It is definitely good quality, and beautifully made."

"When i bought these shoes I wore them with a all black dress so that my shoes would stand out and they did!! I went out to a party and everyone fell in love with them. These Sam Edelman's are in fact a show stopper!!! But you have to be careful with how you walk in them and handle then when you not wearing them because the diamonds that are on them may fall off if you handle them with out proper care."

Cute, but tight

"I mostly just wanted to say that these shoes are way over priced, they have the EXACT same heels from the exact same designer in black and nude at Marshall's on sale for less than half this price ($80). They are very pretty shoes, I love the studs and rhinestones on the heel. The only issue I had was that they are pretty tight in the toe, tighter than most heels run. Couldn't decide which color I liked better, but settled on the black. Beautiful heels!"

"I had a different experience from some of the other reviewers. My size 7M foot found these shoes to be very true to size and quite comfortable. I'd like to be able to walk upright when I'm 80, so the fact that these shoes aren't sky high is awesome. They still pack some pretty heavy sexy tho, esp. from the back. The studs didn't fall off on me, but I can see it happening with heavy wear. However, these aren't street walkers; I don't recommend trekking anywhere in pumps that costs $200+."

"really awesome shoe, looks great with anything but some of the studs have fallen off. for such a price, you would think the quality is better. although, the leather is very nice. it's soft and is comfy at the toes."

buy a half size down, better fit on narrow feet.

"Recently ordered these, and they are absolutely gorgeous shoes. The heel is surprisingly easy to walk in...but depending on how narrow/wide your feet are the fit might be a bit off. Buy a half size down regardless. I have somewhat wide feet and normally wear a 9 but had to get an 8.5 instead because the heel would slip off as I walked. But- the toe area is a bit narrow. If you have narrow feet to begin with you will be fine. If you have somewhat wide feet it might be a bit snug in the toe area but since it is leather you should be able to break them in to a perfect fit. Over all, great purchase. Just need to break in the toes a bit."
