Cute, but leaks

"I saw this cute flask in the UO store and had to buy it. The plastic over the metal looks really cool, as there is some space between the two. However, the first time I poured liquor into it, the liquor spilled between the two layers. It seems impossible to get out. It spills anywhere it is placed, other than when it is standing straight up. I'm not sure if the one I bought was defective or if they're all like this. But I can't really take it anywhere because it will leak in my pocket or purse- which seems to defeat the whole purpose."
