"I've loved everything I've ever gotten from UO until I ordered this pillow on sale for $15. Worst purchase ever. I understood it wouldn't be identical but It was just a really ugly, plain purple fabric."

"I knew when I ordered this it would be one of a kind so it would not be like the one in the picture. Well...I selected the "WARM" option assuming the pillow I got would at least have pink/magenta or something somewhere on it that remotely resembled the photo. The one I got was solid blue. That's it. It's nothing special at all. The one redeeming factor is that the fabric is nice and the pillow is well made.
Why have choices of color if the one received will not even be similar to any of the options?
I would return this but it seems like it will just be a pain."

"I don't know why people keep complaining about the pillows not being as pictured. Do people not read the description? It's ONE OF A KIND. honestly. Anyway, they're very beautiful."

"I never ever leave reviews. In fact this is my first review EVER.
I am so disappointed. Ordered the Fuchsia version of this pillow, and they sent me the wrong color. In fact the color they sent me wasn't even listed as one of the color options. Not sure if the colors just vary among the pillows but unless otherwise noted next to the item, that's really misleading.
I actually bought all my other bedding to match around the pillow so... now I just have mismatched bedding. Woohoo! Guess it's time to go find a pillow to match all those colors- NOT at Urban."

"Although it says "magical thinking sari pillow" or whatever, when it ships the email says assorted sari pillow and mine looks nothing like the one i picked out. Thirty dollars for a throw pillow you should know what you're getting.
I usually love urban but in between this and the same assorted bull on a record i bought that was pictured as blue but really black, and a couple things true color not being accurate, and this pillow im starting to give up on buying stuff from them online"
