"I really love the way this dress looks, but the reason it is getting 3 stars and not 5 is that it fell short of my expectations. Unlike many of the pieces I order online, this piece will not be returned. I purchased the purple floral version in size S. The color is brighter than it looks in the pictures. The pictures make the dress's colors seem like they are more pastel in comparison to what I see in real life.
I am about 5'4 and 110 lbs. I am a 32-34A. The dress fits me fine although I often wear XS--especially when the dress or top is strapless. The dress holds up by elastic, so I don't know long it will last since elastic wears overtime. The dress hits me just above the knee which is perfect.
My main problem with this dress is the quality of its fabric. The fabric is kind of pathetic. UO is getting better at describing their Urban Renewal products, but the description of this dress is still vague, describing the dress's fabric as "vintage materials" and "deadstock fabric." I imagined a dress like this would have used a stronger, thicker silk-like fabric instead of a weak, thin, cotton-like 100% polyester fabric. Fabric like that would make this dress ideal for a hot day at the beach or concert, but not one that will endure for years (this dress with a better quality fabric would have that potential). The limpy, cotton-like fabric also causes the peplum to blend into the dress. It would have been funner and more unexpected if the peplum could stick out more.
As I said earlier, I will be keeping this dress. I really like the cut and color of the dress enough to keep it. I like its versatility and its ability to transition between casual and formal."

"I bought this dress the other day and love it. I'm fairly tall, and it is the perfect length, maybe 2 to 3 inches above my knees. It is very flattering in all the right places,"
