Extremely Frustrating

"I received this beautiful headboard two weeks ago. Unfortunately, the cutouts for the legs that attach the headboard to the bedframe were the wrong size so it was impossible to put together. Also, there were no screws included to attach the wings (sides of the headboard) to the headboard. After many frustrating calls to the company who makes this headboard (Urban Outfitters outsources some furniture to another company apparently) and a failed attempt to send me different hardware, they finally sent me another headboard all together. Exact same problems as before. I really can't believe it. The headboard is beautiful, but since they can't seem to send me one that can actually be used, I guess I'll never get to enjoy it. Ridiculous.
FYI--I also bought the Ava Tufted Sleeper Sofa and it was defect-free and beautiful. I love it. In addition to the major headboard fail, though, I also ordered the Ziggy chair and it arrived with the headboard and was equally defective. The threading for the legs that you're supposed to easily screw on was misaligned, so the chair had to go back, as well.
I love my sofa and am so disappointed that the makers of the headboard and chair are apparently incapable of making furniture."

Beautiful & Luxurious!

"I just received this headboard yesterday and I managed to put all the pieces together by myself. The headboard is really beautiful and as pictured. It adds elegance to a boring bed. The only problem I had was it wouldn't hook up to my standard queen bed frame. It's not that much of an issue because I just pushed it up against the wall. The instructions for putting it together aren't the best because it seems the headboard in the instructions is slightly different than the actual headboard, but it's easy to figure out the slight differences. Overall great purchase!"
