"Shoes are amazing more specifically these shoes (if you listen to the other reviewers and break them in or buy a size up) will be an amazing pair of shoes you'll own. They just look so sharp and go with so much the blue is so beautiful"

I really enjoy these shoes

"These have to be my favorite pair of shoes I own from Hawkings McGill. They go great w/ jeans,cords,khaki's...only problem i really had w/ them were at first. I normally wear an 11 I purchased them w/ out trying them on from a store. they were just soooo hard to actually get your heel in but, once they're in they feel free to walk around in. I ended up just returning them and getting a size up. I recommend getting a size up from your normal size to be safe. but, overall i'm pretty content with these shoes."

"Not worth the shipping you pay. I loved them the were beautiful I bought a 10 1/2 didn't fit sent them back got a new pair 11 fit exactingly the same I would love to were these shoes their lovely but not if I have were size 13 to they will fit. the biggest problem is the heel couldn't even get my foot past it. costumier serves is great I will say that."

"First and foremost I love the shoes. They're canvas and super light and the insoles seem to be very soft and padded. Great deal.
Now for the bad. Quality control doesn't seem present in any way shape or form. The following is a list of imperfections I found in the first 5 minutes after unpackaging these shoes.
1. A small white scuff on the upper left corner of the shoe. It wiped off with a bit of work, but if I'm running a factory, I don't send shoes out that look like that.
2. The left shoe had the laces laced in a weird way where one side ended at the top (as it should) but the other side ended at the bottom inside the shoe.
3. The right shoes laces were laced properly, but one side was a good 6 inches longer than the other.
4. Inside the right shoe there is some sticker residue, and the sizing sticker is already starting to come off (see pics).
5. The lil plastic lace tip came off one of the laces and it's already frayed quite a bit (see pics). This normally wouldn't be a big deal, but these are unique laces and a major reason I purchased the shoes.

If it weren't for the perfectly cleaned soles, I would say that these shoes have been worn before and are not new.
With that said, none of these are absolute deal breakers for me, but I will question UO quality control next time as I was borderline on whether I should send these back."
