Just back from London...

"...and this adapter worked brilliantly. It seemed a bit fragile, at first, but it weathered some rough handling. We had to be a bit forceful, especially with our flat irons and hair dryer, angling the larger prong in first. My sister's hair dryer did prove too robust for the adapter, shorting it out immediately, but both the flat irons worked perfectly--just as they do at home. Thankfully, I bought an adapter for each of us, so we were able to share once she killed hers."

Great for anywhere but UK

"We travel a lot and I've had this multiplug for a few years now. For whatever reason, the UK plug doesn't work at all. The extension collapses into itself and won't plug in, ever. Mine does it, and so does my husbands. We bought them a year apart at different stores. Works great in the Mediterranean though, worked without a hitch there. We've only had issue with the UK plug and none others."

"This is really worth it. And it actually works and is durable. It is not one of those easily ruined toys. If you're a traveler, or someone who will be outside the country for vacation or business, I definitely recommend this."

"I was so skeptical because the adapter is such a great price (all the ones I kept finding were well over $40 on other sights), and it is actually cute, that I didn't know what I would be getting in the mail. Once I got it, and used it, I love it! It works like a charm! I used it in France the most and it will for sure be packed next trip."
