"15"-17" chain (w/extender) and the locket is 0.5" (with bail). The chain is made of a metal that irritated my skin when I left it on overnight. So, if you have very sensitive skin, I would think twice about getting this necklace. It works for me, as long as I remove it before going to bed.

"I got this locket and it is gorgeous, but 30 seconds after i put on the locket, the clasp falls off, I recommend this product, but put a new clasp in, in advance"

"I love these necklaces. They make very cute, personalized little gifts. The chain is not long, so the charm sits close to the neck.. but that helps make it stand out as it is so delicate IMO.

"This necklace is absolutely beautiful. It's tiny, elegant and something different.
The small charm opens easily, and has two small places to insert an image, but is so small you'd be lucky to fit anything in there.

"For those who actually want to put a locket to put a picture inside it... look elsewhere. I mean, you can try, but you'd have to have a very tiny picture for it.

"I read a few reviews stating that the necklace breaks, and I found that to be true with this necklace. It is pretty cute, but small. Also, the etching of the initial is very faint, and not easy to see. Was not worth paying money for seeing as it broke within days of buying the product."

"I bought 7 of these in all different letters for my bridal party and myself and they are perfect! The locket is much smaller than it appears in the picture but that is what I was hoping for. They are so delicate and cute! It is something I could really wear with anything! I am very pleased with this purchase!"

It was much smaller than I thought it was going to be, maybe I just didn't look at the dimensions before I bought it. I love it and it is great for layering necklaces."

"I fell in love as soon as I saw it online, but in person it's the tiniest thing ever. The chain is ridiculously small and the heart is about the size of my pinky nail, you can BARELY see the letter on it. It's practically a choker. It would be great for a child...."

"I got this for my birthday excited to wear it, when i opened it i was not impressed. It's very small and the heart is very small as well. Not cute at all. I was hoping for something maybe slightly bigger and a little longer. Taking this item back to get my money back. I would not recommend this to anyone i know."

"I ordered this in hopes of it being something tiny and sweet that I could wear every day. That is exactly what it is. This necklace is a bit smaller than my pinky nail and goes only as far as my collar bone. It's a little more worn looking than expected, but it gives it a good vintage feel to it."

"I recently received this necklace for valentine's day and i absolutely love it! it is very small like the other reviews said, but i would not say too small. it looks so delicate and is the perfect simple accessory for almost any top. i really like to wear it with lower cut shirts because it hits directly on the collar bone and looks so pretty! i recommend this piece for anyone who likes jewelry!"

"Usually I like larger necklaces, and I was super excited to get this. When I got it, I was kind of disappointed because it is tiny! The chain barely goes past my collar bones and the actual pendant looks more like the size of an earring. Otherwise I enjoy it, it's very delicate and pretty."
