"I'm actually suprised this necklace got such a mix of bad reviews. I got it in silver, and I don't think it looks cheap at all. It certainly doesn't look expensive, but not cheap either. The silver color is shiny and also pretty bright. I don't wear it everyday, but I wear it pretty often and I've received quite a few compliments on it. Two people even told me they liked how "delicate" it looked, so UO definitely got the name right. I don't think the length is awkward at all. For the price I would say this is definitely a cute and quirky piece of jewelry that will match with most outfits."

Pretty and Delicate

"I bought this in gold a few weeks ago and had to wait for a while for it to be delivered to Australia but when I received it I was really pleased with it! It's very very pretty and is quite sturdy even though it looks delicate and dainty. The only thing is that it often flips itself over so you can't see the lovely details. Surely worth it for the price though."

"I love the simplicity of this necklace, but the metal looks really cheap (I got the silver). I wasn't expecting it to look fancy, but I'm embarrassed to wear it because it looks like I got it out of a quarter machine. It's also a strange length, it should be either an inch shorter or a couple inches longer."

"I had been drooling over this necklace for a long time and finally bit the bullet and purchased it. It was all that I had hoped for, except for one major problem. I was blinded by the prettiness and didn't check to see what it was made of. I'm allergic to nickel in jewelry, and although sometimes it is tolerable, within 5 minutes, my neck was super red and itchy. Very cute, but not for those with sensitive skin."

"I LOVE THIS NECKLACE!!! I wear it all the time and it goes with everything!! I'm kinda upset though because i guess like the silverness or whatever is wearing off. Oh well, still go buy it! :)"

"I got this necklace about a year ago and it broke within a few days; the metal is just really thin. I loved it so much, though that I ordered another one within the same week and I have had it ever since. I love this necklace, it's very dainty. I get compliments on it all the time."

"This necklace looks even better then the picture, but they aren't lying when they it's delicate. Handle it with a great amount of care and caution and you should be good. It's dead beautiful."

Great Design, Awful Quality

"I was really happy with this necklace when I took it out of the package and put it on -- really nice size (delicate but not teeny), good length, nice detailing on the pendant. Four hours later (during which no swimming or showering took place), my neck was green and the vast majority of the "gold" chain and pendant were a dull silver. For $19, I understand it won't last forever, but 4 hours? Seems like it would be just as cheap to make it out of brass so the color would be maintained."

"As soon as I saw this I instantly fell in love with it and bought it right away in silver. When it came, it looked even better in person and I couldn't wait to try it on. However when they say "delicate" they really mean it. I put it on and found it on the floor seconds later. The chain broke and I couldn't fix it. I really don't feel like spending more money going somewhere so it's going right back in the mail tomorrow. Overall it's beautiful, but it's not made well at all. At least mine wasn't. Very disappointed."

"I was really happy with how this necklace looks: simple, delicate, and the arrow is just the right size. However, it's already started to bend a little and the "silver" is starting to wear off. This also might be because I wore it 24/7, even in the shower. Great necklace but I'd recommend being careful with how much you wear it!"
