"Just received these in the mail today in the navy and I am completely smitten. The material is extremely comfortable and stretchy making it easy to move in them. They come just above the belly button and are not "cheeky" like many other UO shorts. For reference I wear a size 25 in jeans and ordered these in a two. There is a little bit of gapping at my waist so I can tuck in longer shirts if I want to with ease. If your size is available in ANY color of these shorts I would highly recommend you scoop a pair up before they are gone."

"5'3, 148lbs - size 10. (usually a size 29 in jeans)
I haven't dried them yet, I air dry them (keeps color from fading) and I wear them 3/4 times a week.
Very comfortable and stretchy! These are very short, but still appropriate."

"I love the fabric of these- a little stretchy and so comfortable. I went with the 8 because I didn't want them to be so short, but still they are not long by anyone's standards. For reference I am 5'5, 130 lbs. These are a necessary pair of black shorts. The pocket fits my phone easily too...works if I don't want to have a purse on the dancefloor."

"I'm 5'0" 98lbs, bought these in XS. I have other pairs of black shorts, but they're either too big or too short. I love these because I could actually wear them to family events and just as easily wear them out. They're really comfortable and hug really nicely."

"Must have high waisters! I bought these last summer in purple and they are my favs to this day (even sported them in the fall with tights)... Just ordered them in black so I can have a lil variety to put with some crops for this coming summer... They are great for the touch of mid drift look... Im 5'8" and about 125 lbs, and the size 6 worked great."

"I bought the red ones in a size 8. For reference, I'm 5'7" and I weigh 145 lbs. I hold more of my excess weight in my mid section and thighs and these shorts do a great job of keeping everything slimmed down without being too constricting or non flexible. The material is very stretchy and the high waist sits right above my belly button, so I'd say they're a little higher than BDG's high waist jeans. I really love these shorts and would definitely recommend everyone get a pair."

"Does anyone know where I can find those tights with the birds on them? (on the model in the green shorts)
As a side note, I have two pairs of these shorts and literally wore them every day last summer. They've held up pretty well; they stretch out a little but will shrink back if you put them in the dryer.
I'm 5'6, 115 lb and got a 0 in blue and a 2 in black (there's some variation in the sizes depending on what color you get)."

"I was entirely not expecting to love these shorts as much as I do! They are soft and comfortable and I wish I could live in them forever. I also love how high the waist is, and they're short but not cheeky short. I got my usual size 10, and hopefully they don't stretch out too much, because they fit perfect. I honestly want every colour of these because they're so great."

"So happy with this purchase. Was hesitant at first to pay $50 for a pair of shorts but they are well worth it. Favorite pair of high waisted shorts I now own (I also own some AA ones).
Got the burgundy in a 2. I am 5'4'' / 115lbs - I typically wear between a 0-2 in most stores - 25" waist.
Looked like they were going to be too small before I tried them on, but they are made from a very stretchy material and just perfect. The fabric is super comfortable, only drawback is that it doesn't cover panty lines as well as a thicker denim would. Other than that- they're great!"

"I am 5'8" 135lbs and a 27 waist. I purchased these in a size 6 and couldn't be happier. These shorts fit me amazingly, and for someone who is uncomfortable with how their waist usually looks in high-rise/high-waisted shorts, I can say I'm confident wearing these and they flatter my figure in all the right ways. I will most definitely be buying more of these!!"
