Best Surplus Jacket EVER!

"I FINALLY got this jacket cause it was on backorder for like, EVER and long story short, I'm happy I finally received it. Initially, I've been wanting this jacket since I saw it like 2 years ago in the store, but never ended up buying it cause I was broke at the time lol. So, I'm happy I had a chance to purchase it again. It was definitely worth the wait! You can wear it with anything! A perfect shade of dark olive green. I've been wearing it non-stop! For reference I'm 5'5" 135lbs and I got a Medium. I'm kinda broad in the shoulders and it was a teensy bit snug in that area at first, not in an uncomfortable way (really no big deal), but it's since stretched out a bit from wearing it all the time, so it's a bit more roomier now and it's molded to me lol. I can wear a thin sweater underneath if I want. I think the Large would of been too big for me but if you prefer the baggy look, I would go one size larger. There are ties, though, inside the jacket, to cinch in the waist in which make the jacket a bit more feminine looking, so you can change up the silhouette which I love too. It's an awesome jacket that's definitely worth the money. Love the hardware snaps, the roomy pockets and the quality/material looks like it will last a long time :-) Side note: everywhere I go, girls always enviously stare at the jacket! Seriously! Also, some celebs have this jacket too. For example, Lily Collins wears it in the movie Abduction and just google "Nicky Hilton Ecote Jacket" and you'll see her wearing it looking super cute! LOL! Very happy with this purchase! :-)"

"I've had this coat for a year and literally worn it almost EVERY day, worth every penny! 5'4ft 34C and 127 lb. Medium fits amazingly but what keeps it from being boxy is the pull ties inside the jacket that show off my waist and still keep the military tough vibe! and the pockets fit everything!"

"I absolutely love this jacket! It's cute and comfy and will keep you warm! I am 5'5 and 115 lbs, and got it in a medium because I like how it's a little bigger on me than a normal jacket. Absolutely perfect buy and I highly recommend it to anyone who can get their hands on this before it (always) sells out online!"

Changing back order dates and lots of waiting...

"This jacket looks so stylish and comfy on the website so I ordered it a couple of months ago. As of now I can't speak for the fit or quality of this jacket because I have yet to try one on in fact the jacket is still on back order. The in stock date is a few days away but it keeps being pushed back. Basically I don't place much stock in this guess-estimation of when my order will actually ship but hoping it will be soon...as in before the Fall/Winter season is up. If I ever try this product on I'll be sure to review it properly."

"I love love love this jacket!!!! This is my second fall season having this jacket and i love wearing it for casual wear. I'm 5'5" 135lbs and I purchased a small and it fits perfectly. I can wear a sweater under the jacket and still feel comfortable. Great, great, great investment!"

"I'm not sure why this says "Online only", because I found it in a store and tried it on intending to see how it looked and then maybe buy it later on if it went on sale. As it happens, I loved how it looked and bought it anyway. A couple of things to be aware of: the jacket is much lighter green than the picture shows – it's more of an pale olive color – and the drawstring at the waist, at least on me, was a bit low. Tightening the drawstrings makes it look like an awkward peplum around my hips. Bu that's probably just a proportion issue for me; I have a shorter torso. It's a really cute coat and the perfect weight for the fall, and I love that the sleeves unbutton at the wrist and roll up as well."

My Favorite Jacket

"I knew I needed this jacket the moment I laid eyes on it. I wear it nearly everyday if it is cool enough and sometimes I even wear a white cardigan underneath to keep extra warm. Unlike some cargo jackets, this one is lined. I think this jacket is going to last forever, it seems well made, but even if it doesn't, I would buy another to replace it.
I'm 5'4" 115lbs and bought the xs. It drapes on me, and the sleeves go past my wrists so I roll them up. I love it that way!"

"The color is much less dark and dull in person, and isn't as puckered and bunched up at the seams as it appears in the picture. I'm 5'5'' and roughly 110 lbs and this fit great! It's super comfy and warm, and the best part is I can layer either under or over it. Must-have: very well made and will last forever!"

Staple Jacket!

"I bought this jacket December 2011 and it is hands down my most worn item ever. Its incredibly versatile as it functions as both an indoors and an outdoors jacket. The colour is gorgeous in person, and its only faded just a touch, which adds a nice vintage touch to it.
The waistline is adjustable so you can wear it tapered, as well as oversized. I've gotten tons and tons of compliments on this jacket and i can PROMISE you wont be disappointed :) I'm 5,5 120 and I bought an XS which fits like a glove."
