Beautiful rug, but ruined my carpet after 3 days.

"The rug is very pretty as pictured and came very quickly but it ruined my carpet. I now have pink/red stripes on my carpet from the rug sitting on it for a few days. I've scrubbed the stripes with everything I can think of to clean it but nothing has worked and I will now have to pay 400+ dollars to replace the carpet in living room of the home we rent. The tag did say that it may transfer some color but i didn't think it would be THAT much THAT soon after putting it down. :( I was really excited for this rug. IF you do get it do NOT use it on a carpet!!"

"I bought this for right by my front door when you first walk in. My front entrance was pretty bland but this rug does a great job of livening the place up! I did struggle a bit with cutting the tag off because of the way it's attached, however, I just flipped it over to hide what parts I wasn't able to cut off. I've received a lot of compliments and it's a great welcome back home every time I walk in the front door :)"

Great rug, not for bathroom!

"Love that this rug is "natural and hand painted dye", however it doesn't play well with water. We bought this for our bathroom rug and every time we step out our feet our nice amber and red watercolor tones.
I do absolutely love this rug though. Totally sets the bathroom for the better."

"I really like this rug, but I have some fabric pieces already falling out and it's so aggravating. I'm really worried to throw it in the wash because I'm afraid it'll fall apart. Overall though I think it's a nice rug. I would have liked to have paid less for what I got though."

"gorge rug. durable. Colors are vibrant . Makes for a perfect kitchen rug. Tag that initially comes with this online rug is quite excessive and took me about 15 minutes to carefully remove. Otherwise, rug is beautiful. I have yet to wash it so I do not know the durability or the color holding up."

"It is deff. a cute rug, but a huge problem was not being able to wash it. After a few months of having it, it started to look dingy and the instructions only said spot wash. So now it is just in storage because it doesnt look nice to have a dirty rug laying out."

"This was one of my best purchases from here yet. The colours are amazing and bright and the size was perfect. Had no trouble getting the label off with regular scissors unlike other people have said.
Rug is definitely well made and I would recommend buying to anyone."

"This rug is fantastic against my dull grey carpet. It's stitched together very tightly and doesn't look as if it will be coming undone any time soon. I have no problem opening my door over the top (it doesn't get caught and bunch up like thicker or fluffier rugs might).
Make sure you have a thread unpicker handy for the tag (it took a while, but I got there). Or maybe some really sharp nail scissors. The stitches are too small and tight to use regular scissors without potentially damaging it.
It was a bit of an impulse buy, and I'm very happy with it!"

"The bright colors and homespun look of this rug help keep my shiny-white new kitchen from looking too sterile. It feels good underfoot, seems to be well-made, and the colors are great. As for the pesky tag issue mentioned by another reviewer: I had difficulty removing it, too. Even though I was careful, I did end up snipping one of the structural threads in the rug."

"Just got this rug in the mail and its awesome! The colors are even brighter in person, which is great. The rug is of great quality and stitched together nicely... sometimes rag rugs can look sloppy, (like they're falling apart) but this one has no loose ends and looks fabulous. Get it!"

"I bought two of these for my kitchen and they look great! They are sooo bright. Even brighter than they look in the picture which I love! The only flaw is that they actually sew the tag to the rug on both sides and it was impossible to get off with out pulling up some of the weave or leaving some of the cream thread from the tag on there. But I would definitely recommend these. If you are debating, do it!"
